The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for product management and marketing of Cadence’s current and next generation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) processor products. The ideal candidate possesses working knowledge of processors for Artificial Intelligence / deep learning applications, and DSP architecture and necessary SW. He / she will work with customers, sales and engineering to drive product success in the market place. This person will gather market requirements, recognize market trends, analyze competitive products and define future products.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:.

• Drive product success by driving customer success and delivering complete products (necessary collaterals, software library, demo platforms, competitive analysis, product marketing activities – trade shows, blog, magazine articles, field training). Work with Technical Publications team to insure that all documentation is accurate and clearly presented.
• Will also participate in managing major/strategic customer programs within Cadence. Will generate competitive positioning and how to win strategy.
• Identify new opportunities and define future product requirements for Artificial Intelligence processor IP including authorship of comprehensive Market Requirements Documents.
• Identify new AI IP technology and products to focus and drive the organization towards that by working with AI HW engineering, DSP and CPU teams and with the software engineering group.
• Responsible for tracking and disposition of new feature requests from customers, engineering, and other marketing teams.
• Manage all phases of the product marketing lifecycle for assigned products.

Travel:  Occasional travel to meet customers and support events, including international travel, will be required.

• BSEE/CS or equivalent required
• 5 or more years of total relevant work experience. Experience in relevant processor, consumer or enterprise product, or semiconductor IP marketing is required
• Must have a working knowledge of microprocessor and DSP
• Must have good understanding of Artificial Intelligence products or applications including software infrastructure and AI frameworks (e.g. Pytorch, Tensorflow, Caffe, Caffe2, ONNX)
• Proven track record working with cross functional teams
• High degree of personal initiative and ability to work independently, high energy and result oriented proactive person
• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills

The annual salary range for California is $164,500 to $305,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic product marketing leader for Adobe’s Corporate B2B segment, comprised of the world largest enterprises immediately below the Fortune 500 global companies. This leader will be responsible for the business and marketing strategy for this segment across all our DMe offerings. They will be accountable for driving business results in collaboration with multiple Go to Market cross-functional teams, as well as product groups. This is a highly visible position as we are heavily investing into what is a newly defined customer segment with a lot of untapped opportunity, in between our more established enterprise and SMB businesses. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the leading Adobe categories such as creativity, design and documents, exude ownership of the business and be able to deliver tangible results in a matrixed environment.

As we’re building this new business segment, this leader will need to demonstrate a very pragmatic “startup” mentality with a strong bias for short cycle execution, trial and error, and tactical decisiveness. Whilst business strategy is a core part of the role, this leader needs to be prepared to partner very closely with our sales and marketing teams and play a key role in the daily execution.

Job Summary

* Develop strategies for effective sales and marketing of HCSC Pharmacy programs and products, including community/provider collaborative partnerships. Translate corporate strategies and goals to develop team strategies, goals/objectives and plans to support client/membership retention and growth.
* Promote membership growth and retention of group business through provision of marketing services specific to Pharmacy programs and products offered to new and existing group business, including consultants/brokers/agents. Ensure delivery of insightful and well-structured messaging that is individualized to the client’s interests and needs.
* Improve competitive market position, market share and membership retention through input on innovation and design of new or enhanced Pharmacy programs and products. Incorporate changes into the market messaging and presentation materials as market/customer themes and programs or products change. Design ongoing coaching and development opportunities for staff so they are well versed in emerging trends, Pharmacy program and product offerings and are able to speak to the value associated with those offerings.
* Ensure retention of existing business and servicing of national and other high profile accounts assigned to the team, which requires in-depth knowledge of marketing and ability to communicate with customers in order to resolve issues and answer complex questions. Resolve sensitive issues related to accounts concerning services provided, including reporting/program/product results/outcomes.
* Collaborate with the Plan’s Sales and Marketing leadership to build relationships, messaging and consultative services that promote growth of group membership and strategize with team on solutions when challenging situations are encountered for new or existing assigned clients.
* Develop and maintain a departmental playbook that defines and articulates the Pharmacy sales/marketing roles/responsibilities, processes, workflows, messaging and presentation materials with a focus on proactive readiness. Include proactive preparation and formulation of winning presentations that establish the team as thought leaders, and that engages clients and generates high satisfaction ratings from stakeholders. Ensure team members are trained on the playbook and presentations comply with required processes.
* Collaborate in market assessment and brand strategy development, including identification of customer needs and emerging trends in the industry. Monitor and recommend changes in care management story/messaging and programs/products to improve retention and growth of groups.
* Develop and monitor team specific performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvements.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Registered Pharmacist
* 8 years of managed care pharmacy experience or 8 years of consulting experience in the pharmacy benefits industry (completion of managed care residency can substitute for 2 years of experience requirements)
* Experience in sales and account management in a supervisory capacity
* Knowledge of pharmacy benefits products, services and concepts
* Analytical skills including developing reports and synthesizing data to tell a story and develop recommendations
* Written and verbal communications skills including developing presentations and presenting to external business leaders or large audiences
* Collaboration skills to work across organization on problem resolution, negotiation, consensus building, conflict management, and decision-making skills

The Director of Corporate Development is responsible for inorganic growth strategy and execution at DataRobot. Responsibilities:

• Bring/Build strong relationships within the industry ecosystem (start-ups, investors) in order to maximize the search space for potential transactions

• Understand/Learn the competitive AI landscape and drivers of performance, and determine the strategy/implications for potential transaction activity specific to DataRobot

• Conduct market research, synthesize findings, and work with the SVP and CFO to create and propose recommendations on potential transactions to the ELT and Board

• Initiate initial contact with potential targets to discuss and validate interest/viability and negotiate the Letter of Intent with the target company

• Perform analysis and generate financial/valuation models and develop go/no-go business cases and help drive commercial due diligence

• Lead/Assist with the negotiation with outside accountants for due diligence service, scope and fees, and oversee the actual due diligence process as necessary

• Assist in-house and outside legal counsel with the negotiation of closing documentation, and the actual closing transaction as necessary

• Help define, monitor and coordinate the integration process with ELT, functional leaders and support functions to maximize speed and effectiveness of the integration

• Take on other strategy, strategic finance, FP&A projects (short/medium term) dependant on company priorities, and individual capacity/interest

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in some combination of investment banking, corporate development, strategic finance, private equity, management consulting

• Experience supporting and/or leading inorganic transactions end-to-end

• Experience supporting and/or leading negotiations and closing transactions

• Demonstrated strong quantitative, strategic/analytical, and problem solving skills

• Ability to build relationships (internally and externally) quickly and effectively

• Strong communications skills and ability to clearly and succinctly articulate concepts

• Extreme ownership mindset with very strong project management and organization skills

• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex and ambiguous challenges with a bias for action

• Domain knowledge in data, analytics and AI/ML is strongly preferred but not required

THE JOB

The Director of House of Blues / Brooklyn Bowl Experience Marketing will work closely with the Vice President of Experience Marketing in building and driving end to end national marketing strategies for 10 House of Blues & 3 Brooklyn Bowl venues around the country, focusing on all experience related lines of business including restaurant, Foundation Room, and Bowling. By leveraging data and partnering with Venue Nation partners across operations, fan and artist hospitality, this role will lead national experience initiatives to drive our business forward while showcasing and celebrating the heart and soul that makes both businesses so unique.

As part of a heavily matrixed organization, this role will also be responsible for ensuring the mission statements and values for each business drive best practices, business objectives and priorities that can be clearly communicated and implemented by a team of marketers working across different organizations around the country.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Lead the creation of strategic roadmaps & integrated marketing plans for our House of Blues and Brooklyn Bowl lines of business.
• Ensure program development and rollouts are streamlined and executed smoothly

The opportunity:

We are seeking a leader to oversee and ensure delivery of the full portfolio of projects and programs for Adobe's Business Platform (horizontal platform leverage and consistency in commerce, payments, provisioning and administration, and identity for all of Adobe’s projects). This leader will manage a worldwide team of Technical Program Managers (TPgM's) delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.  You will partner with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will also manage the health of the overall portfolio and propose tradeoffs related to resources, sequencing, and prioritization. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. 

What you'll do: 

• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Design, Engineering, and business partners to develop and execute against Adobe's platform strategies 

• Manage all aspects of technical projects and programs, including defining and prioritization, mobilizing cross functional teams, project execution tracking of milestones and schedules, resource planning and management, risks/issues remediation, project reporting, and budget management 

• Utilize technical judgment and program management expertise to deliver impactful business and customer outcomes  

• Hire, inspire, and coach a team of TPMs that can scale Adobe through high growth. Lead the team to build trusted partnerships across product and platform teams, grow domain expertise, and manage E2E 

• Lead the organization to streamline processes, simplify and accelerate execution, manage objectives and key results, release on time, and bring tooling efficiencies 

• Effectively engage with people at all levels: from front-line team members to VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives, communicating continuously to partners throughout the organization 

What you need: 

• 10+ years of software engineering, or technical product/program management experience overseeing a large scale B2C/B2B portfolio, and 5 years of people management experience 

• Deep industry knowledge in Platform development and APIs in both a B2C + B2B market 

• Experience running large-scale company-wide initiatives requiring collaboration across a broad set of partners and participants 

• Solid knowledge of Scrum, agile, portfolio management, resource management, business process management, and budget management 

• Experience managing a portfolio in an "always on" cloud/services-based organization; driving resiliency and optimizations to ensure a positive customer experience every time 

• Adept at working well across organizations and forming relationships with a globally diverse workforce

Director, Business Development - Patient Suite

The Director, Business Development works collaboratively with internal and external colleagues to increase sales within the Patient Suite Team.

Responsibilities include full cycle sales including target identification, securing and managing client meetings, listening and understanding client needs, addressing client concerns/objections, managing Subject Matter Experts in defining opportunities, proposing solutions, negotiating, obtaining SOWs and closing the deal.

• Strong written and verbal skills.

• Ambitious, driven and self-motivated personality adaptable to a fast-paced high volume and high velocity sales organization.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

• Willing to travel throughout the US, estimated up to 50%.

Highly preferred capabilities:

• Possess an understanding of the Connected Devices market.

• Background in selling eConsent, IRT, eCOA and Connected Devices.

The Opportunity
