A generous package is being offered here for the right person.
Package
- £75,000 - £80,000
- Car Allowance
- 10% of all earnings - uncapped
- Event days
- Flexibility on working hours / days as long as targets / objectives are complete
- Hybrid working
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales role (Security industry knowledge is a must)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients
- Solid understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and practices
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals with clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a results-oriented mindset
