We are now consolidating our premium retail and marketing expansion divisions to create a unified marketing team that will drive synergy and innovation.
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Group Marketing Director to lead the newly consolidated marketing division. This role is pivotal in aligning and integrating marketing strategies for both our premium retail and marketing expansion arms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving consumer engagement, optimizing marketing investments, and leading diverse teams to achieve both long-term and short-term brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with the business objectives of both premium retail and marketing expansion divisions.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies and investments as needed to maximize ROI.
- Drive synergy across marketing initiatives to maximize brand impact and investment efficiency.
- Identify emerging market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making and innovation.
- Implement innovative campaigns that engage consumers and drive brand loyalty across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with brand partners and principals, retail team, operations and other departments to ensure execution excellence.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a premium retail or marketing expansion environment.
- Proven experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns, managing large teams, and driving strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in managing significant marketing budgets and delivering measurable results.
