As a Branch Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operation, drive exceptional customer service to our customers to ensure repeat sales and provide training & coaching with the Internal sales team and branch assistants to ensure service level targets are consistently achieved.

As a Branch Manager, you will ideally have previous management experience within a wholesale environment, have a fresh and innovative approach to sales and attracting new customers to keep, increase and drive branch sales to ensure daily/weekly targets are exceeded.

Branch Manager – Background, Experience & attributes needed:

- Full UK driving license is essential
- Experience of commercially managing a business unit / branch within the industrial supplies sector is essential
- To have had experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced role, whilst maintaining a consistent eye for detail

As a qualified Dispensing Optician you will work as part of the Customer Services Team providing technical advice to both internal colleagues and external customers across the UK.

Dispensing Optician - Typical duties involve;

• Schedule and oversee daily activities of the support team and conduct regular performance reviews, feedback, and training.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of technical support specialists.
• Support a team of skilled operators to deliver an effective and efficient returns process.
• Ensure all technical support cases are documents and tracked accurately within the system.
• Primary point of contact for escalated technical issues to diagnose and resolve.
• Analyse return trends and implement strategies to reduce return rates and report back to the senior management team.
