We have a great opportunity for someone to build and develop our new Sales academy. We’re looking for someone with experience of
recruitment and learning and development to develop the team to achieve their KPI's in a friendly environment where you are able
to learn from each other.
Based: Sheffield Office S9
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30
What you’ll be doing:
Team Management
* Leading a highly engaged team, understanding their strengths and development opportunities, and supporting personal development
plans.
* Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
* Recruitment and selection of all new team members.
Training Material
* Develop and update training materials,
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
* Regularly review and enhance existing training materials to reflect the latest industry best practices
* Deliver online or in-person learning or development.
Training Program Evaluation
* Monitor the effectiveness of our training programs through assessments, feedback, and evaluation data
* Analyse training outcomes and adjust content and delivery methods accordingly
What we are looking for:
* Training design and delivery experience at a middle / senior level
* A strong manager who can demonstrate their ability to achieve results as part of a team, and in taking a leading role in
innovating and promoting new ideas.
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders, with credibility and pragmatism
* Contact centre and sales experience
