Primary objective is to drive traffic to Superdrug.com through Paid Search, increase customer conversion and drive brand awareness that results in an increased level of profitable sales. Key Responsibilities :

· End to end management of the channel including day to day briefing to the agency, budget management and implementation of strategy inline with key business pillars as well as bringing your own thoughts and innovations.

What you’ll need to succeed:

· PPC experience ideally 2 years
· Proven experience in digital marketing agency or fast paced e-commerce B2C retail environment
· Technical knowledge of web tools and processes with experience in devising and managing online marketing campaigns.

Role Purpose:

Sitting within the brand team, you will support the wider team on incremental projects, including but not limited to, end to end production of The Big Deals Leaflet, brand collaborations and the annual supplier conference. As a member of the brand team, you will deliver a consistent customer message in line with the business strategy.


Areas of responsibility and a typical day in this role include:
The Big Deal Leaflet
End to end management of The Big Deals Leaflet. Including briefing, commercial approvals, print and related areas (FSU, store comms)
Successfully launch the leaflet on an evently basis in line with the agreed deadlines for E5, E6 & E7.
Manage timings with ITG, commercial, and relevant internal stakeholders.
Continue to find ways to improve the process for all stakeholders.
Ensure the design of leaflet and related materials aligns with 1) The Superdrug brand and TOV 2) Features the key theme for the event (Black Friday, Christmas etc) 3) Shouts best in value for our customers.
Work with key stakeholders (insights, finance, and store operations to monitor the impact of the leaflet from on store sales, and SKU data. Monitor foot traffic and sales impact to prove the worth of the leaflet.
Working with your marketing manager you will ensure that the budget is tracked and managed in line with spend, while delivering the best ROI.
Elevate the Big Deals Leaflet to discover how this can be activated outside of print (Web, social, CRM etc).

To assist in the administration, implementation and production of customer facing promotional activity for Superdrug in the Republic of Ireland, ensuring they reflect Superdrug brand values.


Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating, communicating and implementing company promotional plans and pricing policy, ensuring the correct conversion within the prescribed timescales.
