Responsibilities:

● Plan, organise, and manage the execution of projects to ensure timely delivery within the established schedule and approved budget.
● Oversee all project activities and coordinate interactions between project teams and external entities to align with project goals.
● Manage project finances, including responsibility for profit and loss (P&L), monthly financial forecasting, and end-of-month financial reporting.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters for clients, government agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders.
● Collaborate closely with clients to manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, and budgets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Professional and Team Development:
● Recruit, assign, and monitor the progress of project team members, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources and optimal team performance.
● Conduct daily scrum meetings to keep track of project progress and assist the team in resolving any challenges.
● Provide both ad hoc and regular management reports on project status to upper management.
● Present project updates and strategic insights during regular Project Progress meetings.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or related fields.
● Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
● Expertise in financial management, including P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
● Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
● Effective communication skills, with proficiency in English.
● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
● Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly in conducting scrum meetings.
