• Oversee installation Status Reports and other metric-based management analysis programs as they pertain to the Directorate of Emergency Services.

Job Description

Position Summary:

The role is responsible for the planning, communication and activation of our On-Premise Wine & Spirits sales objectives with our distributor partners and the trade in an assigned territory. The Manager will ensure we are achieving our fair share of business, growth and awareness in this important channel of business through regular interaction, account calls, training and education. 

Responsibilities:

Sales Planning and Program Development

• In partnership with the Director and/or Senior Director and Regional Manager, develop and conduct assigned distributor team plans, periodic team reviews, market surveys, competitive pricing surveys, and general sales meetings with distributor partners
• Provide Director and/or Senior Director with market intelligence and recommendations for effective planning or programming.
• Execute new product launches & wine dinners
• Manage merchandising pre-plan

Execution and Communication of Sales Objectives

• Communicate all necessary information and brand education on Constellation Brands programs, strategies and standards to distributor sales team in order to achieve depletion and distribution goals
• Establish sales presence in the market and conduct regular distributor market work-withs to ensure CBI brand priority and initiatives are maintained
• Implement sales performance measures and targets using the Constellation Brands CORE brand priorities with distributors while assisting in achieving expected results

In Market Training and Relationship Development

• Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, individual stores, and buyers. Leverage relationships to explore business opportunities
• Work with, coach and educate distributor sales members on CBI brand priorities and standards
• Provide product education sessions to Retailers, and other customers
• Partner with Trade Marketing to understand brand health and needs

Administration and Analysis

• Provide feedback to Director on market issues: opportunities, changes, distributor issues and competitive activity
• Work with Sales Operations Manager (SOM) to develop action plans for business opportunities through the use of strategic insights and as applicable leverage distributor sales data
• Conduct post-promotional analysis in conjunction with SOM (as applicable)
• Conduct and report weekly progress checks of distributor performance for your assigned area
• Basic financial skills to monitor monthly A/R statements and to develop cost/benefit strategies
• Work with Regional Manager to develop pricing structures and pricing strategies
• Insure required reports and T&E are turned in timely and as necessary

• Regularly utilize internal tools such as Compass and Chatter to communicate business updates

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years related sales experience
• Demonstrated ability in customer management within specific territory
• Keen understanding of the three-tier distribution system
• Proven experience and strong abilities in educating and motivating others to manage business effectively
• Excellent communication skills, articulate with strong public speaking ability / experience and excellent writing skills.  Ability to persuade and influence.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of working time, including ability to drive up to 5 hrs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Alcohol & Beverage industry highly preferred
• Program and budget development, implementation, management and strategic decision-making experience

Experiential Learning Opportunity/Project Description:

As a Summer Intern supporting OTC, you will be trusted to lead a cross-functional team to assess and make recommendations to senior leadership related to innovation and competitive defense strategies and opportunities. In this role, you will:

• Deep dive into large, adjacent OTC Eyecare categories in which Alcon either does not participate or has historically deprioritized to assess potential innovation pathways.
• Partner with our shopper, trade, and media partners to understand how competitors operate in these adjacent categories.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

• Provides sales and relationship support to an assigned Azura territory identifying and developing new accounts for Fresenius Vascular Care services to generate revenue. Develops and maintains a close relationship with current user accounts/customers, and researches the local physician market to identify potential candidates/customers for Azura services making the necessary sales calls to recruit and educate these potential customers to grow the number of patient procedures performed at the Azura ambulatory centers. 

• Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of the vascular care business and services programs provided by Azura as well as the competitors in the local market and utilizes this to collect and analyze local market data to create and execute an effective strategic sales account plan that includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Knowledge of current procedure referral volumes by clinic / nephrologist / physician (for diversified procedures) and a specific plan to maintain.

• Identification of new potential customers/accounts in the territory, and a specific plan to gain referrals.

• Qualification of these potential customers/accounts by utilizing available reporting tools and analyzing the data and the appropriate territory information.

• Identification of customers' (both new and current) needs to present the competitive advantages of working with Azura to meet those needs.

• Contacts the prospective clients/accounts via onsite visits utilizing sales techniques and presentations to inform them of the range of services provided by Azura.

• Review of the strategic sales account plan on a quarterly basis to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

• Coach and mentor sales team members and/or leaders by conducting weekly one on one meetings, side by side coaching, role playing, as well as other activities

• Report daily and weekly on team performance to senior leadership

• Conduct individual performance appraisals of team members or leaders and take needed action regarding their progress/results

• Preparation, analysis and translation of team sales reports on a regular basis

• Initially participate in working his/her own desk as a sales consultant to obtain a thorough understanding of our business

Qualifications:

• Strong people leadership experience with the ability to lead, motivate and influence a team of sales consultants and/or sales leaders

• Strong sales mentality with proven track record of growing, managing and maintaining a book of business

• Minimum of one to five years of experience leading people and/or leaders, preferably within a sales capacity

• Minimum of two years of experience in the direct sales of products or professional services

• Professional level written and oral communication skills

• Strong and effective negotiation skills

• Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills

• Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience:

• One to five years of experience in the staffing industry

• One to five years of experience selling in the healthcare industry

What does the Merchandise Manager do?

Under the leadership of the Store Manager, directly leads the Freight team, and all associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. The Merchandise Manager (MM) is responsible for executing merchandising standards throughout the store. In partnership with the Store Manager, Sales Managers create an engaging and welcoming environment. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Model sales and service excellence creating a selling culture where all Associates align around the needs of our Customers.
• Educate, coach & mentor Stylists, Sales Leads and Associates; includes onboarding new talent, sharing product knowledge, wardrobing fashion trends, driving key performance indicators, etc.
• Drives revenue by proactively managing the Customer experience while effectively performing Manager on Duty responsibilities.
• Ensures that the Customer remains the top priority while balancing required tasks and overall store operations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
