Position Summary
Austin, Texas (Hybrid)
Thales is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is responsible of developing and supporting the execution of the marketing mix of their Product Line - CIAM (Customer Identity & Access Management), throughout its lifecycle in support of the Product Line’s business ambitions and objectives.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Responsible for the development of the product line’s value proposition (including key differentiation messages) and winning competitive positioning.
Lead research and analysis leveraging market data to better understand customers’ behaviors and triggers for effective customer engagement.
Define and orient the content development plan, in support of campaigns and customer engagement objectives to enable sales.
Responsible for development of content enabling sales (white papers, blogs, videos, webinars, digital experience, etc.)
Work and collaborate with different teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or equivalent area of relevance.
5+ years of experience in a product marketing role at a B2B technology company.
Demonstrable experience of translating complex technical concepts into simple communication.
Previous or current experience identifying potential campaign themes based on product value and differentiators.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills in planning and meeting deadlines, with ability to coordinate many teams across the world.
Marketing experience in CIAM or Access Management.

May require interaction with international colleagues at unconventional hours.
Occasional booth duties at events like exhibitions or conferences.
Travel: Ability to travel up to twice per quarter, on the average.
