Saga Money are offering the opportunity to join a growing Marketing Team. Reporting to the Digital Lead, you will be working with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support across a wide range of activities as we look to enhance our current products and launch new propositions.
You will find yourself involved in all aspects of content creation, from planning and delivery, through to analysis and optimisation. The role requires a strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to insight as well as the ability to utilise a range of online tools to provide insight to the team and wider business.

Main ResponsibilitiesOur Digital Executives are responsible for the following tasks:
- Be responsible for maintaining and updating the personal finance website using our CMS (Content Management System – Sitecore).
- Use digital tools including SEMRush, Decibel and Adobe Target to identify and implement website improvements through a shared CRO plan.
- Work alongside the Digital Lead using tools such as Siteimprove, and alongside supporting agencies, on content curation with a focus on SEO across all personal finance products.
- Use your analytical skills and any available tools, such as Adobe Analytics, to be able to measure and report on performance, customer journey behaviours, and identifying areas for improvement for all marketing channels.
- Create strong working relationships with internal teams (Creative services, Data Protection Officers, Compliance, IT, 3rd party providers, digital designers and developers) to help create and manage website development.
There will be project work to complete, which should be done in a professional manner. The duties listed are not exhaustive. Additional hours of work may be required, as determined by the needs of the business. Managers and staff may be required to undertake additional duties, responsibilities and projects as appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate - Ability to demonstrate examples of multi-tasking, prioritisation, and solution-orientated approaches.
- Excellent personal communication and presentation skills and able to come across as a professional, credible, respected representative of Saga.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all functions both internally and externally – a team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Education and Qualifications:
On the job experience is equally as valuable as higher education qualifications. Applications will be assessed on merit of relevant experience and education/qualifications.
