What we are looking for:
We are looking for a results-driven individual to oversee and manage our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google PPC, Amazon Ads, and Social Media. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating, implementing, and optimising paid campaigns to drive performance and maximise ROI. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, data-driven analysis, and hands-on experience with multiple ad platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Search (Google PPC)
• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) to drive relevant traffic and conversions.
• Monitor and optimise PPC campaigns to ensure efficient spending and ROI while achieving key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.).
• Amazon Ads
• Manage and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to increase visibility and sales.
• Analyse Amazon advertising reports to make data-driven decisions on bidding, targeting, and keyword strategies.
• Social Media Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Create and manage paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Develop targeting strategies based on audience segmentation, behaviour, and interest data to maximise campaign reach and engagement.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Campaign Optimisation

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience is a must in digital advertising and paid media, managing campaigns on Google, Amazon, and social media platforms.
• Platform Expertise:
  Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Amazon PPC, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong data analysis skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our Jewson values

• Dealing with lapsed accounts by checking in with customers

THE ROLE – WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Marketing and Communications Executive is a 9-month funded placement opportunity where you will have the chance to gain experience working with our Fundraising and Supporter Marketing teams.

The types of activities you might be involved in include:

Developing marketing briefs
Supporting the development of online and offline activities to support fundraising
Learning how we decide our audience, what channels e.g. Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, work best and how we measure success
Providing administrative support including setting up and supporting meetings
Building your relationship management skills and understanding the importance of fundraising within a charity
You’ll work part of your time at home and part of the time from our Head Office based in Grantham, Lincolnshire. The frequency of time spent in your contracted office will vary across teams and job roles.

You will have:

We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to join our client's team in their Lincoln office on a Permanent basis, with a focus on taking ownership of the Amazon & ebay accounts. They are an excellent company to work for and can offer an excellent salary of £27,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, so please read on for further details.

The day-to-day roles and responsibilities will be to:
- Improve revenue/profitability of the company's Amazon and ebay accounts.
- Analyse performance and implement data-backed improvements that drive growth.
- Take ownership of new product launches on these platforms, including the creation of product listings, writing editorial, collating imagery etc.
- Liaise with graphic designers to ensure listing imagery is accurate and aesthetically pleasing.
- Maintain listings in light of product or compliance updates.
- Monitor Account Health and respond appropriately.
- Keep the company at the forefront of their competitive market by continually monitoring policy updates and new feature launches.
- Monitor stock position and liaise with the Procurement team to resolve any issues.
- Regular reporting of results to senior team.

The client will be looking for:
- Experience of Amazon Seller Central.
- Amazon paid ads experience helpful but not essential.
- Familiarity with the ebay platform.
- Comfortable producing product editorial.
- Attention to detail.
- Tenacious when resolving issues.
- Strong Excel experience.

In return for your qualities and experience, the company can offer a great work environment with an annual salary of £27,000 to £30,000 depending on experience. You will be based in the office and are required to work for 37.5hrs per week but there is flexibility on the actual start and end times so could be a great fit for your lifestyle.

Temporary ongoing position for a client based in a village on the outskirts of Boston which could lead to permanent employment for the right person.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am to 4pm with an hour for lunch (39 hours per week).

Job details are as follows:

To respond to customer enquiries, providing quotes, inputting orders and following up on the progress of quotes given and orders taken
To sell material and services in line with their pricing policy
To develop and maintain excellent product knowledge
To deal with any customer complaints or order disputes promptly and effectively, referring to line management where appropriate
To make proactive sales calls and customer visits to existing and potential new accounts
To achieve the budgeted sales value in respect of their designated area
Achieve sales and margin targets for product and/or sector
To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Company
Full training will be provided. Similar experience in a sales position is preferable, however our client will consider candidates with strong administration skills and experience.
