職責：

資格

• 擁有至少 1 年數位行銷/社群媒體行銷內容寫作、文案寫作或相關領域的工作經驗。
• 有代理經驗者優先。
• 社群媒體的流暢性：多個社群媒體平台的實用技能和知識以及對當前趨勢的認識
• 有創意並具備平面設計和影片編輯知識
• 精通英語和馬來語的書面和口語

Responsibilities:

• Grows and expands social media presence into social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube, website and etc
• Create meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
• Manage performance marketing ad placement for E-commerce, including creating and optimizing ad campaigns to drive audience engagement and conversions.
• To responsible for E-commerce online order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
• Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
• Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in executing other marketing and communication activities eg releases, exhibitions, events, roadshow & etc.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidate preferably possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Advertising or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing in content writing, copywriting, or a related field.
• Agency experience strongly preferred.
• Fluency in social media: Hands-on skills and knowledge of multiple social media platforms and awareness of current trends
• Creative & have knowledge in graphic design & video editing
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams & ability to work independently.
