My client is urgently seeking an experienced Credit Controller for their busy offices.
This is an immediate start, permanent role

Job description:

- Ownership of a small portfolio of member accounts.
- Ensuring the deadlines on the credit control calendar are met in relation to the accounts allocated to the role.
- Responsible for ensuring that the members payments are received on time and ensuring good communication is in place pre and post payment deadlines.
- Involvement in the businesses’ stop process.
- Monitoring and enforcing members credit limits.
- Ensuring any member issues or adverse events are raised and escalated internally.
- Pro active in resolving member/supplier queries working to reduce overdue debt and meet KPI’s.
- Ensuring that credit control processes are fully documented, reviewed and kept up to date.
- Ad-hoc administration duties as requested.

The Role

The role is predominantly a front of house role/admin role with the following tasks;


Greeting/meeting members
Answering the phone
Making appointments in a computer diary
Taking payments
File management
Stock taking
Responding to emails
Writing letters
Social Media
Community Outreach
Accounts/cashing up
Cleaning, keeping reception area and desk tidy
Marketing


There could also be the opportunity to perform the following clinical tasks for which training can be provided if the candidate is interested;


Going through rehabilitation exercises with patients
Clinical notes writing
Soft tissue therapy
Kinesiology taping
Observing X-rays
Taking a health history
Assessing
Patient examination

Please note: We are looking for someone to start working with us ASAP; the apprenticeship training will start with Exeter College in September.



Training
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
To include:
Level 3 City and Guilds Diploma for the Business Administrator
End point asessment


Qualifications required
Minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C/4 and above including maths and English or equivalent.

Skills required

Excellent, fluent English language skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure
Experience of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel

Prospects
Future employment if applicable. Option to progress onto a Higher Level Apprenticeship if applicable also.

Sales Assistant

- Ensure that the store is fully stocked, clean and maintained to a high level presentation at all times.
- Working as a team in store to get the job done by selling our great deals encouraging add on sales

Candidate journey:
You will be contacted within 14 days of application to arrange a telephone interview, followed by a face to face interview in store. If successful, you will be sent an offer and contract followed by onboarding before you dive into training in store.
