Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee, you will:

• Learn about key areas of the business, market and the company's product range which includes lighting, cabling, wiring accessories, control and automation, ventilation, water heating, emergency lighting and fire detection and security access control, to name a few.
• Complete a professional sales qualification which will equip you with all of the tools and skills needed to thrive in a successful sales career.
• Build strong relationships with and deliver excellent customer service to new and existing B2B clients.
• Manage current sales accounts, spot opportunities for growth and maximise profitability.
• Quickly progress to Area Sales Manager level with salary increases and a company car.

Trainee Telesales Advisor (Parts) - Birchington

They are currently recruiting for a Trainee Telesales Advisor (Parts) to join our growing business. The main focus of the role will be handling parts enquiries for the Company brands (Peugeot, Citroen, Vauxhall and Fiat) and selling to the automotive aftermarket. You will be the first point of contact over the telephone and will be expected to provide excellent customer service. If you are enthusiastic, have a friendly and confident phone manner and enjoy working as part of a successful team, we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, willing to learn and listen to the advice provided by the team. This role relies on the accurate processing of information, often against tight deadlines, so a keen eye for detail is essential. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Full training and support will be given in this role. The training will combine coaching from the team of Parts Advisors based at the Parts Hub, with virtual training sessions.

Required experience and skills:

Telesales, telemarketing or commercial experience would be advantageous for this role. You should be confident in using computer systems and able to pick them up quickly. Previous experience in the motor environment is not a requirement, as full training will be provided.

This is a full-time position. Your standard hours of work will be 8.00am to 5.30pm on Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

Salary will vary from £22,000 - £23,000 dependent on experience.
