Job Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the sales & business development teams.
· Research and contact prospect accounts, including contacting past clients.
· Participate in lead generations via email and phone outreach.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop and implement sales strategies to boost existing and new products.
· Analyse market and customer feedback to identify new value-added opportunities.
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and personally engage in fostering customer relationships.
· Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
· Attend to client inquiries and promptly resolve any issues that may arise.
· Perform any additional work duties as assigned by the Management team.

Working Hours:
· 8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
