As the marketing intern you will play a pivotal role in supporting the APAC marketing team with particular focus on the Lifestyle and Entertainment portfolio of channel brands including Bravo NZ, 7Bravo, UTV ANZ. Reporting to the Marketing Manager APAC, this fast-paced role encompassing all aspects of marketing from campaign planning, social, digital, PR and events. The preferred candidate will be able to immerse themselves within the wider Networks marketing team with exposure to our Australian and Singapore-based teams

Tasks include but not limited to:

• Support marketing managers with planning and execution of consumer and trade campaigns across APAC – working closely with teams in Australia & Singapore
• Assist in creation of post-campaign reporting
• Attend weekly and monthly team WIPs
• Servicing key partners and affiliates with regular and ad-hoc deliverables including programming highlights, cross-promos, key art, imagery & reporting
• Create monthly programming highlights for ANZ portfolio of channels
• Event support including new channel launches, affiliate & trade events, consumer activations as well as management of inventory & merchandise
• Sign up to affiliate EDMs and report major campaign activities with competitor titles on a quarterly basis
• Sign up and review industry publications to stay across industry news, launches, opportunities
• Ad hoc support to Head of Communications on press releases and media requirements

Main Responsibilities

PR : Influencer & Community Pillar

Outreach & Strategy :

• Research and brainstorm on new potential influencer names that fits to Love, Bonito Indonesia’s brand image, collection styles and campaign objective 
• Plan weekly influencer line-up based on historical traffic target (under guidance of manager)
• Help to do KOL outreach (existing and new), negotiate rate (based on historical guide) and posting date based on SOW (statement of work) 
• In doing communication and KOL outreach, intern should maintain good relationship with existing and new KOL by displaying prompt and accommodative communication

Administrative :

• Input and monitor KOL seeding request to Operations team to be completed in timely manner before KOL posting date 
• Generate and share customised UTM/ track links to KOL 
• Share content brief to KOL 
• Update KOL names (posting date & rate) and clothing selections on tracker 
• Daily monitoring of KOL posting & report KOL posting performance to manager (timeline of posting, check on content quality, check UTM links) 

Ad Hoc :

• Assist & stand by for offline events and photoshoot 
• Request and be the PIC responsible for clothing lending for influencers/ muses/ internal team 
• Assist to contact external vendors (for PR/ social-related vendors) 
• Give fresh and innovative ideas based on current trends to support offline event planning & ideation 
• I.e: event activity, venue, F&B vendors, etc 

Social Media Pillar : Instagram

• Help to do instagram posting both graphic content & influencer repost in timely manner 
• IG Story: 2x daily
• IG Post: 1x week
• Help to generate UTM/ track links for instagram posting & refresh linkinbio

Requirements & Experiences :

• Available for 4 months internship program
• Open for final year students and fresh graduates! 
• Previous internship in fashion/ beauty/ digital media/ lifestyle brands related companies are preferred 
• Passion for all things PR/ social media or marketing functions related
• Passion for fashion 
• Following and updating yourself to the current social media and influencer trends globally and in Indonesia

Working across the Channels and Digital Publishing portfolio, the Ad Sales Intern will support the sales team in the delivery of activities for our linear channels and digital/social platforms for E!, DreamWorks, Bravo and Universal TV, within Australia and New Zealand.

• Raising and managing the POs and production tracking of advertising campaigns
• Work closely with the ad sales team to help deliver on client campaigns
• Assist ad sales team in brief responses and collateral preparation
• Updating Media Kits and E!/DreamWorks/UTV/Bravo collateral
• Organising Sales Trade events
• Organising client events
• Adhoc admin duties as required

• Work closely with the TVD Sales team with updating monthly, weekly and quarterly product reports and licensee reports.
• Cross checking finalised deals with the production system to ensure correct details entered.
• Working on proactive initiatives with the TVD Sales team to go to market with.
• Provide administrative support for various projects including Budgets, presentations in PowerPoint etc.
• Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, help with expenses, and adhoc requirements
• Manage calendar and coordinate meetings/conference calls
• Maintain and update client databases and systems including SAP, Salesforce, Safe, and Microstrategy
• Monitor the marketplace for changes that affect sales activities, both directly and indirectly and researching current market trends.
• Identify new opportunities for sales as a result of new entrants, changing technology and/or delivery systems.  In coordination with the TVD Sales team, develop sales strategies to quickly address and capitalize on these new opportunities.
