As a Sales Engineer, you are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with key EPC customers and trade organizations, understanding and solidifying purchase agreements, customer alliances and market trends. The CO Communications Sales Enablement Lead will serve as an integral part of the global CO Communications team, driving employee communications for the CCO and serving as the main point of contact for sales enablement materials and CO crisis communications.

• Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Communications

Responsibilities

• Promote our DME distribution services and solutions to small to midsize DME and pharmacy customers.
• Manage assigned territory of accounts, engage with current customers, build and maintain positive business relations
• Maximize touch points within TX, spending 3-4 days/week on the road
• Engage in new business development and cultivate new accounts for Independence Medical
• Reverse attrition of past accounts and attempt to limit attrition in the future
• System information management, administrative tasks, pricing and contract negotiations, P+L
• Must have experience in territory planning and strategy, as this position goes beyond simply outside sales
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer product categories and services needs
• Develop value propositions around client needs, effectively negotiate financial terms and close sales for Independence Medical products and services
• Identify new product sale opportunities and promote Independence Medical's strategic priorities with clients within the assigned territory
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Value Analysis Presentations to all required customers
• Must be able to envision the big picture/ greater needs of the company
• Understand and manage your book of business while aligning with the overall initiatives of Independence Medical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 4+ years related sales experience, preferred
• Pricing negotiation, P+L and distribution experience, preferred
• Prior experience selling medical products required, including but not limited to, medical disposables, medical consumables, medical device, preferred
• Proven track record for developing targeted offerings and closing large/medium deals, preferred
• Ability to hunt for new opportunities
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Anticipated pay range: $110,000 - $145,000 (includes targeted variable pay)

Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative in our Industrial PVF division.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm plus an on call rotation every 8 weeks

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Industrial PVF products strongly preferred
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Inside Sales background helpful
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
