Sales Enablement Comms Lead, Commercial Organization (CO) Communications
The CO Communications Sales Enablement Lead will serve as an integral part of the global CO Communications team, driving employee communications for the CCO and serving as the main point of contact for sales enablement materials and CO crisis communications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Communications
- Craft a variety of employee communications for HP’s Chief Commercial Officer including internal messages, announcements, talking points, scripts, etc.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for CCO All Employee Meetings and develop post-event reports.
- Partner with executive comms leads across HP and/or functional teams on internal communications and employee engagement projects.
- Develop and maintain CO communications calendar.
- Work with CO Comms Content Editor to manage distribution of relevant employee communications.
- Sales Enablement & Crisis Communications
- Drive development and publication of Sales Enablement Toolkits for each big moment in time e.g. CES, APC, HP Imagine, etc.
- Manage execution of the quarterly global MD messaging toolkit for usage by market and country MDs.
- Manage execution of the quarterly Corporate Overview presentation for usage by leadership, sales and Comms teams.
- Lead creation of customer and partner letters for crisis related issues.
- Serve as main point of contact for Sprinklr project team on crisis issues in partnership with Corporate Communications Crisis Lead.
- Manage proactive monitoring on the Sprinklr platform.
- Copyedit reports before they are sent to the stakeholder/requestor.
- Event Support
- Support CO Communications team on major internal and external events, campaigns and launches, including social tick tocks for CO leadership team.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven self-starter with excellent writing, editing and organizational skills; meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure with a focus on high-quality, timely results.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Journalism or Communications (preferred)
- 5-7 years of experience, working for a name brand, tech brand or tech PR agency
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Self-starter with ability to work effectively in a remote team
- Experience managing day-to-day communications programs
- Background in developing a variety of executive-ready content
- Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
- Superior communications and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly ramp-up and make an immediate impact
- Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
