The CAD Account Manager will be responsible in ensuring customers satisfaction, managing accounts, providing customer service, generating leads and maintaining effective communication with customers.
Responsibilities
* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
* Create strong pipelines of customers (direct and appointed agents) and new businesses
* Build rapport with existing/new customers/appointed agents, analyze customers’
needs and provide suitable solutions
* Take massive actions pro-actively to generate leads actively to potential customers/agents,
by means of connection via visits, telephone calls, emails, etc.
*Ability to plan and manage Marketing activities
* Strong negotiations and communication skills
* Proven track record and account management
* Work hand-in-hand with technical team
* Participation in seminars, workshops, trade shows, etc. as and when necessary for products
knowledge, to create sales opportunities/connections, etc.
* Experience in the engineering or technology industry is a plus (mainly CAD products, PTC Creo, Sigmetrix Cetol).
* Reporting to Superior as scheduled (day-to-day responsibilities, sales report/sales activities, etc.), team work with colleagues
