Interiio Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our business in the construction and interior renovation sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping sales strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the construction and renovation market.
- Identify key growth opportunities, set sales targets, and plan action steps to meet them.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure effective market positioning.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized support and guidance throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional sales or referrals.
- Ensure consistent and timely communication with clients to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of high performance and teamwork.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to develop team members’ skills and drive individual and team success.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear expectations, and implement improvement plans when needed.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and risks.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and optimize approaches for different market segments.
- Coordinate with project management and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution, meeting both client expectations and company standards.
- Oversee the progress of ongoing projects, providing support to resolve any challenges that may arise.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, working with relevant teams to deliver quality outcomes within agreed parameters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the construction or interior renovation industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, client management, and market analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to coordinate and work collaboratively across departments for project success.
