·        Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B and B2C clients to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate IT solutions.
·        Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
·        Educate clients about the features and benefits of our IT infrastructure, software solutions, SAAS products, and cloud services.
·        Provide pre-sales support by conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and addressing customer inquiries.
·        Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
·        Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products and services in the market.
·        Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
·        Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
·        Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential clients.
·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
·        3-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and solution service sales, preferably in an enterprise environment.
·        Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
·        Strong understanding of IT-based hardware and software solutions, cloud services, and SAAS products.
·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
·        Proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting techniques.
·        Self-motivated and result-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
·        Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
·        Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
·        Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
