Key Responsibilities:

The Assistant Marketing Manager will focus on creating and executing strategies to enhance B2C user acquisition and retention while supporting B2B lead generation initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented marketer with a passion for data-driven campaigns, events, and relationship-building to foster growth and engagement across both user and client communities.

Key Responsibilities

• User Acquisition & Retention (B2C Marketing)
  • Design and implement campaigns to drive user acquisition, building an active, engaged community of influencers and users.
  • Execute retention-focused programs to encourage engagement and improve user loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align acquisition and retention campaigns with product updates, user incentives, and community-building activities.
  • Analyze campaign data and user behavior, making adjustments based on insights to optimize acquisition and retention efforts.
• Lead Generation & Nurturing (B2B Marketing)
  • Develop and implement B2B lead generation strategies, including organizing online and offline events (e.g., webinars, expos) to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through strategic partnerships, targeted campaigns, and event-driven initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up to nurture leads and build strong B2B relationships.
  • Track and report on event and campaign performance, identifying insights and optimizing future lead generation activities.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize user acquisition, retention, and lead generation efforts.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align strategic goals with company objectives, contributing to planning and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in B2C user acquisition, retention, and B2B lead generation.
• Demonstrated experience in managing digital and event-based marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational abilities.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a talent for generating innovative ideas to drive growth and engagement.

The Business Development Manager will be tasked to turbo-charge our energetic sales team to build relationships with agencies as well as new and existing clients directly. Able to consistently hit or surpass challenging, yet achievable targets and structuring packages based on needs of the client.

The Business Development Manager will report to our Head of Business Development in Singapore. This position is primarily based in Central of Singapore, and is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in the ever changing social media marketing with an ever versatile platform to meet marketing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Able to research, prospect, and build a sales pipeline of qualified leads in Singapore (Media, Creative, Public Relations, Influencer Marketing and Marketing Agencies, as well as direct brands)
• Drive awareness about the platform's offerings and services to potential clients by pitching to a range of prospects on creative solutions for influencer marketing
• Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
• Meet personal/team's sales target on a quarterly basis
• Report to the Head of Business Development

Requirements:

• Based in Singapore
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Passionate about social media, digital advertising and influencer marketing
• Existing relationships with brands and advertising/marketing agencies
• Strong digital sales with preferably more than 4 years experience in digital media space - content and influencer marketing experience is a bonus
• A results driven person who is able to work in a fast paced environment and has excellent interpersonal skills
