What will your role entail?
Sales Reporting:

• Maintaining and managing the CRM sales databases (internal), inputting data, managing data, running reports, reporting, and coordinating data
• Producing, creating daily Excel reports, analysing data such as customer spend analysis and daily sales analysis, using pivot tables and Look ups
• Prepare and distribute regular sales reports and analysis.
• Maintain and update sales records and databases.

Support Sales Team:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and handling travel arrangements.
• Being a central point of contact for your colleagues, communicating constantly and relaying information accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Communication and Coordination:

• Serve as a point of contact between sales, customer service, and other departments.
• Coordinate internal communications and ensure timely information flow.

Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement in both sales and customer service operations.
• Implement new procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Administrative Support

• Outstanding administrative skills, great attention to detail and organisation
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

What we'll need from you:

• Previous experience of being in a Sales Support role eg sales administrator, sale support admin, sales analysis admin, sales analysis, or similar sales administration role in a commercial office environment
• Experience working in a similar industry (Oil, Waste, Construction)
• Experience in administration positions is essential.
• Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to prioritise customer satisfaction.
• Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and capable of building positive effective working relationships effectively with various stakeholders.

Aftermarket Sales Representative - (UK & Ireland)

We are seeking a driven and experienced Aftermarket Sales Representative to join our clients team and play a pivotal role in growing the parts and service sales within the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of Commercial Vehicles, you will drive the parts and service sales to the bus sector within the commercial vehicles business.
• Support and maintain relationships with OEM's and bus operators to develop all potential opportunities.
• Prioritise and plan regular customer sales visits to promote service and the aftermarket business.
• Prepare quotations for customers as required. Develop and maintain market awareness to generate both new and aftermarket sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with the company's risk management procedure. Ensuring that the post holder is responsive to customers, providing prompt and clear answers to queries and requests.
• Assist with new business sales development as and when required by the Head of Commercial Vehicles.
• Provide and maintain a monthly summary of all customer visits and planned monthly visits.
• Represent the company professionally at trade shows and customer events.
• Undertake any other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrably successful experience in a sales or manufacturing role, ideally within the commercial vehicle sector.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of the bus industry (or a closely related field).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency.
• The ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
• A degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related business discipline is a plus.
• Valid UK work authorisation is mandatory.
