Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Glasgow City Centre (Hybrid with 2-3 days in the office)
Salary: £27,000-£30,000 with uncapped OTE

What the job involves?
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue existing and new business opportunities through proactive outreach via telephone and in-person meetings
- Prepare comprehensive quotations and proposals for prospective clients, with support provided until you feel confident
- Expand your professional network through strategic use of LinkedIn and other networking platforms
- Develop and implement a robust sales plan, meticulously following up on all opportunities to maximize conversion
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders

About You?
- The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked within a prior B2B environment ie recruitment or a similar service based sales environment
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Can travel to and commute to Glasgow, Scotland weekly
