Position Summary
Reponsible for the growth of assigned accounts by working with Sales Lead to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Setting goals for the team and producing monthly forecasting reports to monitor on their performance in achieving targets and budgets.
Job Descriptions
- Provide leadership to a team of Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators
- Manage existing customer and develop new potential opportunities through building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Manage customer RFQ, check/buy off quotation for submission
- Able to handle all enquiries and negotiation with customer
- Perform Sales Contract/ Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and negotiation
- Liaise and coordinate with customers and other departments pertaining to project activities and order fulfilment
- Manage product EOL, ECO, OBS, inventory
- Drive cost reduction by working with internal functions
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Management or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in System Integration and Box Build
- Able to lead, motivate, coach and develop others
- Must have experience with Manufacturing/Program management
- Have strong business sense and industry expertise
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
