The role
As a Security Business Partner and Controller, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll be providing critical support to the continuous at sea deterrent and the wider Royal Navy Submarine Enterprise.

Day-to-day, you'll be the first point of contact for our Submarine Support Engineering (SSE) business to coordinate and deliver implementation of security policy and assurance, to ensure the Business Unit delivers to all required customer and Babcock security standards.

• Provide leadership, management and oversight of security to support delivery of strategic security objectives, a positive secure awareness culture and the development and management of local security 'champions'.

Essential experience of the Security Business Partner and Controller:

• Demonstrable experience of working in a security role within a List N / FSC or other regulated environment
• Experience in effectively managing risk
