Hours per week: 35 hours per week
Shift Details: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position initially involves working from the office after completing the training period, with the opportunity to work from home for two to three days per week.

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as a Sales Ledger Administrator
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as a Sales Ledger Administrator will be supporting the home administration team by efficiently managing the sales ledger process.
Other responsibilities include:
- Process bedsteads daily and ensure accurate recording of related transactions.
- Manage the processing of invoices, including those from local authorities, in a timely manner.
- Verify and process Direct Debit submissions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
- Assist in handling card payments over the phone with proficiency and adherence to security protocols.

Our ideal candidate must have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or care home setting, is desirable.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
