Our Opportunity As the Territory Sales Manager, you will drive revenue through existing route food service (RFS) customers (predominantly dairy, café and bakery owners) and develop new customer accounts within your region. What you'll be doing Liaising with customers – anyone from dairy owners, service stations and wholesalers across our RFS channel in an agreed call cycle Maximizing salesand expandingmarket share along with building strong relationships Growing and increasing market presence across the region Willing to expand your productknowledge of our extensive brand and rangesto effectivelyincrease market share for Goodman Fielder Monitor and gain distribution into independently owned stores Utilize trend and account data to track performance and identify drivers Understand customers short / long term priorities, and formulate objectives, concessions and contingencies in line with both the customer priorities and GF's strategy Manages differences in negotiations smoothly without compromising relationships Undertakes in-depth SWOT analysis of customer and market to identify opportunities and risks Builds and maintains an annual pipeline of opportunities whilst driving agreed deliverables About You Demonstrable experience in a Sales Rep or account management role Experience in a customer facing role Excellent time management and professional presentation Good with systems and processes Current driver's license & a willingness to travel What we offer You will be joining a driven team of professionals who genuinely enjoy working together, resulting in a highly collaborative environment.
