WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Regular reconciliations ensuring integrity and timeliness of project financial date.
Champion improvements to accounts receivable, procure to pay, payroll and job reporting.
Develop the ERP software to effectively maintain project analysis.
Assist with EOM and EOFY processes and reporting where required.
AR & AP functions as required.
Project and Cost Administration.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Intellectual curiosity, proactiveness, willingness to learn.
Experience within construction, or another complex industry.
Experience in analytical or commercial role with exposure to financial analysis, cost control and/or systems accounting.
Able to use financial systems; Viewpoint Jobpac, Excel, PowerBi particularly advantageous.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment is essential.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking people who possess:
Minimum 2 years Management Accounting / Systems Accounting experience.
Tertiary qualification in related field e.g., accounting, finance, business.
Experience using Viewpoint Jobpac or similar ERP system.

We are an authorised dealer for leading manufacturers of office equipment, and expertise in supplying, installing and maintaining a wide range of products throughout the Northern Territory.

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, self -motivated Machine Mechanic that can work as part of a team and use their own initiative.

The role is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and multi-functional devises according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the company’s business SLA’s goals and objectives

The right candidate must have a current driver’s licence and be able to pass a national police check.

Work Vehicle provided.
