Business Management Liaison Analyst, Mid
The Opportunity:
To operate effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization, including mergers or split-ups, our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and operations and provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies.
That’s why we need you, a management consultant who can analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision. As a general management consultant on our team, you’ll develop an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.
On our team, you’ll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders, contract staff, clients, and managers to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll work on a path forward with the Program Manager, Contracting Officer's Technical Representatives (COTR), and client leadership.

You Have:
3+ years of experience in administration
Experience in DoD or large business action tracking systems
Ability to work standard business hours from a client office location
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
1+ years of experience at any IC agency
Experience as an Action Group Officer
Knowledge of mission capabilities and organization
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and as an integral part of a front office administration staff team
Ability to be motivated and have an enthusiastic attitude for exceeding client expectations
Bachelor's degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
