Main Accountabilities:

• Supplier identification - identifies new supplier with relevant category team.
• Negotiation - negotiates agreements with main suppliers and periodically renew pricelists, term and condition together with the sourcing team.
• Contracts - adapt corporate contractual framework to the company business needs and ensure.
• Goods received - track goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing.
• Supplier Performance - oversees supplier performance (on time, quality and lead time) and resolves performance issues.
• Orders - initiates PO in the system, according to the PR and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirm delivery with suppliers, monitors and track supplier performance to comply with PO requirement.
• Customer alignment - aligns supplier orders with customer requirements (based on MRP), R&D drawings/Project requirements) or SOP in term of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management,Logistic / Transportation,All Engineering Field
• Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
• Preferably undefined specializing in Manufacturing / Production or equivalent.

Administration staff

• Manage, direct, coordinate, and oversee the work of subordinate staff.
• Perform the administrative and personnel management functions relative to staff supervised.
• Use expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis to resolve various management problems. Evaluate the effectiveness of programs or operations to meet established goals and objectives.

• YOU WILL/MAY:
• Ensure that regulated establishments produce a safe product by executing appropriate inspection methods, determining non-compliance with regulatory requirements, documenting noncompliance and initiating enforcement actions, where warranted.
• Verify that meat and poultry slaughter and/or processing establishment's Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plans meet regulatory requirements.
• Execute Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plans effectively to prevent unsanitary conditions and adulteration of product.
• Review records, observe plant operations and conduct hands-on verification to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare detailed documentation (Non-Compliance Records) of non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Determine when regulatory control action is necessary. You will assess whether the plant's corrective or preventative actions are acceptable and effective, if there are trends in noncompliance, or if an enforcement action is warranted.
• Conduct regulatory oversight activities inside plants in matters relating to other consumer protections (e.g., economic adulteration and misbranding).
• Have contact with plant managers, owners and others to explain legal and regulatory requirements, discuss operation of the plant's SSOP, HACCP plan and other food safety programs.
• Communicate and defend determinations on non-compliance issues and discuss plans for addressing non-compliance.
• Work with a variety of individuals to resolve problems, clarify differences of interpretation concerning HACCP and other food safety or consumer protection requirements.
• Advise other Agency inspectors, supervisors and officers on inspection and enforcement matters for which you are involved.
• Conduct various samplings, surveys and tests to obtain pertinent data on potential problem areas, industry trends, or other issues of current interest to the Agency.
• Be involved in performing health and safety verification sampling and tests for detection of specific microbes (e.g., salmonella, listeria, etc.), residues or contaminants.
• Assure that products approved for import are in full compliance with all applicable Federal regulations governing the importation of meat and poultry products.
• Authorize entry of all meat or poultry products considered to comply with Federal regulations or refuse entry of any products which violate any of the requirements for admission into this country.
• Coordinate with other Federal agencies (e.g., the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on such matters as animal health restrictions and refused entry lots.

• Serve as a subordinate supervisor to a Supervisory Veterinary Medical Officer (SVMO) in a large slaughter/combination plant.
• Ensure that regulated establishments produce a safe product by executing appropriate inspection methods, determining noncompliance with regulatory requirements, documenting non-compliance and initiating enforcement action, where warranted.
• Monitor line inspection activities, assure appropriate breaks are provided and that relief inspectors are utilizes as necessary.
• Provide training to new inspectors and to all inspectors as needed on new inspection procedures and techniques.
• GS-10 (552) Plans, directs, coordinates and supervises the day-to-day inspection activity on a particular shift in a large plant, assuring that Food Inspectors and Consumer Safety Inspectors follow the appropriate rules, regulations and procedures.
• Independently performs Hazard Analysis Verification (HAV). HAV is an analytical review of establishments' production process in order to ensure regulatory obligations to conduct a food safety hazard analysis.

As a Supervisory Inspector, you will:

• Lead and provide day-to-day oversight of multiple teams conducting performance, intelligence related allegation-based, and other inspections and special projects of the activities, programs, and operations within the DOE, as well as the operations of contractors and grantees, and associated entities (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Bonneville Power Administration, etc.).
• Coordinate and provide policy direction for intelligence related inspections of programs and operations within the Department, including the operations of contractors and grantees.
• Responsible for intelligence related Inspection Oversight, to include planning, workload planning, and conducting of allegation-based and performance inspections.
• Develop long-range Departmental performance intelligence related inspection objectives, directions of effort and broad resource application strategies, as well as changes thereto as dictated by circumstances in collaboration with the DAIG for OIIS and the AIG for OIIS.
• Devise targeting criteria to be used in selecting intelligence related inspections that will achieve the greatest deterrence of fraud, waste and abuse within the Department.

As a Public Health Advisor you will:

• Perform expert analysis and prepare intricate, substantive study reports to cover, at a minimum, study approach and methodologies, findings, and recommendations.
• Serve as senior level evaluator and conduct complex evaluation studies on one-of-a­ kind or controversial operating public health programs having far-reaching bureau or department-wide impact.
