The Ideal salary range for this position is a base salary of $95K with a total compensation target of $104,500.00.

Social Worker Quality Assurance Specialist - Community Services

Salary Range: $60,385 - $72,462 Annually

GGRC is currently hiring for a Quality Assurance Specialist. This role evaluates and monitors residential, day and specialized services within Agency’s three counties to ensure the quality of services provided to people supported to and in compliance with Title XVII, California Code of Regulations, Agency standards and best practices for programs.

This is a Hybrid flex schedule role offering the opportunity to work in the community, from any of our offices located in San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin County and from the comfort of your own home.

What you’ll Do:

• Coordinates and conducts quality assurance evaluations on community programs, including writing evaluation reports, conducting follow-ups, and providing ongoing monitoring
• Acts as an independent evaluator, as an evaluation team leader, or as a QA team member
• Participates in State reviews of GGRC services
• In coordination with other staff, revise evaluation tools for residential and nonresidential programs as needed based upon working knowledge of Title XVII regulations and best practices in the field
• Analyze and review changes in relevant sections of Title XVII and XXII and DDS standard regulations and makes policy recommendations as appropriate
• Participates in the Request for Proposal process for service provider selection as needed
• Develops plans of correction for underperforming programs as needed and provides follow up
• Serve on in-house and community committees and task forces to improve quality of community programs
• Provide specialized training workshops in evaluation and monitoring for service providers, GGRC staff, and community representatives
• Participates in meetings with Community Care Licensing and other regional centers
• Evaluate a Family Homes Agency (FHA) once a year and provide ongoing technical assistance to the FHA
• Provide technical assistance to community programs, including targeted training seminars

Position Overview

In this role, you will implement strategies and operational improvements for the Volume businesses of Global License Compliance (GLC). Your responsibilities will include coaching the GLC sales personnel, managing third-party organizations, and ensuring the efficient operation of the North American business.

Reporting to the Senior Director of GLC, AMER, you will also develop business processes and strategies to exceed Autodesk GLC's key objectives for its North American Territory Sales. Working collaboratively with the executive staff and key internal stakeholders, you will drive policies and programs in line with the organization's strategic and operational priorities.

Responsbilities:

• Monitor the policies, practices and processes of GLC North America to determine efficiency and effectiveness. Recommend improvements and develops strategies to achieve and deliver improved results. Implement and follow standards as defined by Corporate and Division senior management; escalate exceptions or questionable practices to direct manager or senior management staff. This may include working with various data support teams, legal, PPL, and Corporate Compliance.
• Regularly interact with executives and/or major customers. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
• Manage and lead a team of top accomplished License compliance sales professionals to exceed assigned quotas, ensuring team efficiency and revenue goals are met. Responsible for the hiring, team effectiveness, culture, performance management and skill development of this team.
• Deliver timely and accurate forecasting of the business, within 2% variance, and pipeline management.
• Manage and develop resources (including consultants, vendors and remote workers, which may be in different time zones). This includes selection, mentoring/coaching, performance management and assessment, and rewards and recognition within own team.
• Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of Autodesk, its licensing models, and industry best practices. Participate in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensure budgets and schedules meet corporate and divisional requirements.
• Lead or sponsor cross functional or intra-divisional projects for Global License Compliance North America, especially projects related to streamlining and/or improving processes and systems.
• Lead the way in working collaboratively with Territory sales teams on account planning activities to ensure the best customer experiences.
• Manage sales KPIs, pipeline and activity metrics (all leading indicators) of team to ensure these are tracking towards achievement of revenue goals, while ensuring that a balance of sales and enforcement activity is maintained.
• Strategically monitor and review long term goals of the program and ensure campaigns are executed within budget and that License Compliance revenue targets are met.
• May make presentations to existing and prospective customers about the benefits of Autodesk software and engage in final stage negotiation with C level customers and be a point of escalation.
• Manage both Direct and Indirect sales motions.
• Manage a complex volume business that may include highly technical lead sources; responsible for prioritizing various lead programs for the team to maximize effectiveness of the business.
• Collaborates on best practices and drives License Compliance strategies with other geographies and functional groups.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in technical software or SAAS/PAAS sales; 5+ sales leadership experience with track record of creating high-performing teams.
• Sales experience includes track record of success in difficult negotiations with C-level, handling accounts in the enterprise segment, and conflict resolution.
• Experience in effectively managing a complex, volume-based and digital business and comfortable interfacing with stakeholders at all seniority levels.
• Familiarity with technology, licensing models, and business trends in Autodesk target industries.

• Experience or knowledge in Cyber security practices or License Compliance industry
• Experience selling in value-based models

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serves as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for Government information systems in support of a Program Management Activity (PMA).

• Performs extensive assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identify where those systems/networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy; Candidate will achieve this through passive evaluations (compliance audits) and active evaluations (vulnerability assessments). 

• Establish strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and supports obtaining certification and accreditation of systems; This includes process support, analysis support, coordination support, security certification test support, security documentation support, investigations, software research, hardware introduction and release, emerging technology research inspections and periodic audits.

• Assists in the implementation of the required government policy (i.e., RMF, NISPOM, JSIG) and makes recommendations on process tailoring. 

• Performs extensive analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommends additional security requirements and safeguards.

• Supports the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of required reports. 

• Periodically conducts a review of each system's audits and monitors corrective actions until all actions are closed.

Functional Job Description:

• Implement Risk Management Framework (RMF) in accordance with NIST SP 800, Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG).

• Participates in the development and maintenance of system security plans and contingency plans for all systems under their responsibility.

• Draft, maintain, Planned, System Security Checklists, Privacy Impact Assessments, POA&M, and Authority to Operate (ATO) artifacts.

• Develop Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for identified vulnerabilities and ensure compliance through monthly / quarterly updates.

• Maintain inventory of all information Security System assigned.

• Develop a variety of Assessment & Authorization deliverables including; System Security Plan (SSP), Security Assessment Report (SAR), Contingency Plan (CP) and POA&M for review and approval for Authorization Official

Basic Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer and architecture information systems management or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience is required. OR

The Director, Clinical Quality Therapeutic Area Lead provides proactive end to end quality oversight strategies for the development and implementation of a customized risk-based quality assurance strategy for the clinical development program.

Director, Clinical Quality Therapeutic Area Lead will manage end to end Quality Oversight within one of three Therapeutic Areas (TAs): Oncology/Biosimilars, Immunology & Rare Diseases, and General Medicine. The TA Lead is responsible for implementing a risk-based quality strategy that advances quality by design principles for the full clinical trial lifecycle (protocol development, database lock, and regulatory submissions/ approvals).

You will be a vital role who develops deep knowledge of the TA’s clinical trials and provides oversight and quality management of critical data and processes for global and local study teams and all clinical trial sites who participate in Amgen sponsored trials.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical trial protocols ensuring simplification, application of lessons learned, and identification of critical data and processes
• Provide quality oversight for the Risk Assessment Categorization Tool (RACT) for each trial to ensure the proper identification, prioritization, and mitigation of risks to critical data and processes and patient safety, welfare and rights
• Provide oversight for the development and implementation of Quality Plans
• Establish Regional expertise to ensure quality and compliance to local regulations
• Support TA-specific data integrity, including technologies for data collection and measurement (e.g., biomarker usage and imaging methods)
• Develop TA-specific Quality Assurance plans that are risk based and efficient. This includes TA specific audit plans, and the execution of audits (investigator site audits, affiliate audits, and study level audits)
• Support Clinical Trial Teams for all quality management activities, including Deviations/CAPAs, Inspection Readiness activities, and Inspection Management, and Serious Breaches/ Privacy Issues
• Actively seek and implement innovative and proactive quality oversight methodologies (e.g., risk-methods using AI and Natural Language Processing, and other advanced data analytics methods)

ERM is seeking a Consultant, Environmental Air Quality Compliance to join our team in Walnut Creek, San Francisco, or Sacramento California (location flexible).

The successful candidate will work on a variety of interesting technical projects and programs for clients in the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT), Manufacturing, Power and other sectors throughout California and nationally. This role will involve supporting ERM’s commercial initiatives including multi-disciplinary environmental permitting and compliance assessments that require working knowledge of state and Federal requirements.  

This role will engage ERM's international team of experts in sharing and developing best practices across the industry and ongoing learning opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate as a team member on a range of projects; specific areas of focus will be air quality but may include multi-disciplinary environmental compliance plans including air permits and compliance assurance programs for a variety of industrial clients.

• Interact with local regulators and clients to steward permit application review and issuance.

• Prepare emission inventory reports; quantify air pollutant emissions impacts; and prepare permit applications and permit modifications.

• Strong pollution controls and equipment systems knowledge/experience is a plus.

• Field experience with conducting air compliance monitoring, and assessment and permitting evaluation.

• Other field work experience such as, stormwater inspections, and technical experience with writing and updating of stormwater plans/SWPPPs), managing and updating HMBPs HMBP preparation, preparing wastewater permit applications is a plus.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience working with local, state, and federal agencies such as Los Angeles County Sanitation District (LACSD), South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD), San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD), Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) and other air quality agencies in California.
