We have a great opportunity for you to join our compliance team as an Assistant Compliance Coordinator. You will produce schedules for relevant compliance work streams, using multiple systems. Supporting our maintenance colleagues, you’ll provide accurate and timely reports and analysis, updating our compliance systems for our different workstreams.

Typical day as an Assistant Compliance Coordinator
- To produce schedules for compliance work streams using multiple systems
- Supporting a centralised servicing programme aimed at achieving 100% compliance
- Preparation of budgets for programmes that adhere to statutory requirements
- Provide guidance through analysis to both internal and external teams on compliance processes
- Carry out regular audits on the quality of data and the quality of certification being provided by third party suppliers (including gas and electricity).
- Working primarily with our asbestos team so experience in the field is preferred but not essential

You have
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in manipulating and analysing data for servicing schedules, e.g., heating appliances, electrical testing etc.
- Experience in operational compliance within a maintenance service housing setting
- Proficient in Excel and high IT literacy skills
- Understand how your role makes a difference to customers to understand their needs
- An understanding of Asbestos would be preferred but not essential

- We do get together regularly for training and team meetings.
- This is a hybrid role, and you’ll spend 2 days in the office, 3 days working at home
