Job Responsibilities:

Overview of the Role
You will provide a professional administrative service supporting the data cleansing activities of the CPS Programme for the Purchasing work stream. Working with colleagues and suppliers, you will ensure that the master data is accurate, complete and consistent to enable a seamless migration to a new ERP solution. You will have a proactive approach to problem solving, helping to resolve purchasing and invoice queries and will work with the SAP purchasing system (P2P) and other in-house procurement systems entering information and generating reports. You will be self-motivated and resourceful with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people and as part of a team. You will have strong numeracy and literacy and IT skills and be willing to undertake any training required that is relevant to your role.

What does the role entail?
* Resolving blocked invoice queries using SAP MRBR and ZMIR5 reporting
* Generating standard SAP reports and extracting master data
* Assisting with the correction of vendor records
* Liaising with suppliers to obtain company information to ensure the
completeness of vendor records
* Supporting the closure of completed purchase orders and identifying any
remediation required to maintain the GR/IR account
* Ensuring open purchase requisitions are approved or closed as required to maintain data quality

Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
* Knowledge of SAP ERP System;

Serves as the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) for wing maintenance policy, advising supervisors and employees on both general policy and specific maintenance matters. Maintenance Standardization Evaluation Program (MSEP): Administers, evaluates, and coordinates a comprehensive quality assurance, maintenance standardization, and inspection program for all areas of the maintenance organization, all maintenance disciplines, job series and Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSCs). Evaluates the quality of maintenance accomplished in the maintenance organization and performs the necessary quality functions to execute the MSEP, designed to provide management an objective sampling of both the quality of equipment and the proficiency of maintenance personnel. Ensures the maintenance organization meets its responsibility for air-worthy aircraft and component quality for a broad and complex production workload, e.g., highly advanced aircraft, aircraft systems, avionics systems, electronic equipment, aircraft structures, composites, life safety systems, armament, munitions, and other areas of similar complexity. Participates in a review of the organization's quality plans, procedures and practices to assure adequacy and compliance to local and higher-level directives.

(a) Executes the evaluation program and accumulates data using Inspection and Evaluation techniques such as Task Evaluations, Quality Verification Inspections, Special Inspections, Personnel Evaluations and Management Inspections. Evaluates the quality of in-process and after-the-fact maintenance and ensures prescribed technical and management procedures are followed. Assist with the preparation and review of balance sheet recs and other tasks as required.
Assisting with the preparation and review of working capital reporting including variance analysis.
Review and maintain accounting policies and procedures documents to ensure current and in line with relevant accounting standards.
Research and advise on any new accounting standards and regulatory reporting to ensure compliance including drafting policies, procedures and implementing controls for these.
Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place and functioning effectively. Review any issues arising and draft and implement mitigating controls and procedures for all areas of accounting and reporting.
