Senior Quality Manager

£60,000 to £66,000 plus great benefits including private healthcare and company car (Work Level 5)

We're looking for a Senior Quality Manager to join our Own-Brand Team here at Co-op. In this role you'll own and lead the end-to-end quality process for Co-op brand products and be responsible for using data and insight to optimise activity to help drive strategic goals of the team. We'll look to you to make sure our Own Brand Products are great quality, making sure we test against the market and that standards are agreed and captured with our suppliers. You'll build strong relationships with our external suppliers making sure that we are hitting the right quality standards are delivered for our customers and member-owners.

What you'll do

• Be accountable for the end-to-end quality process for our own brand products from inception to the product being in our stores
• Make sure our Quality Assurance Scheme (QAS) is fit for purpose and monitor the compliance of them across Co-op Own Brand
• Collaborate with our Suppliers to make sure there is an understanding of quality, customer, and commercial metrics
• Build strong relationships with a range of internal teams, including Own Brand, Insight, Product Development and, Technical as well as external suppliers and service providers
• Use data and insight to build the foundation of Co-op Own brand quality to drive towards our team targets and goals
• Gather information about how our products are performing and monitor complaints data to help support decisions about Own Brand products

We are working alongside a well established Social Housing Contractor who specialise in retrofit and energy efficiency projects to tenanted Social Housing properties.

This check involves verification of identity; nationality and immigration status; employment history (past 3 years) and basic criminal record check.

This role will involve line management of officers in the Housing Compliance and Enforcement Team. You will be responsible for the delivery of services relating to housing standards in the private sector, and manage the responsive and proactive enforcement of relevant housing and environmental legislation in order to safeguard residents and neighbourhoods. Managers are required manage a programmed inspection regime for private rented properties. You will be required to work with a range of partners to tackle the impact poor landlords have in the private rented sector and on Neighbourhoods.

The Housing Compliance and Enforcement Team are responsible for dealing with reports of housing disrepair and health and safety related matters in the private rented sector, taking enforcement action as required. The team licence and carry out programmed inspections of licensable Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) as well as Selective licensed properties. The team works closely with Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service and undertakes proactive initiatives to tackle inadequate and dangerous housing across Manchester.

You will be a driven individual, keen to deliver statutory housing interventions. The position plays an important role in ensuring warm, safe, healthy homes are available for all private tenure residents across Manchester. Poor housing has a direct link to poor health, comfort, and mental well-being. You will work with a wide range of partners to deliver projects that aims to protect public health and improve quality of life.

You will have a good understanding of enforcement in the private rented sector. Experience in project management, partnership working and working in Neighbourhoods would also be an advantage. You should be qualified to degree level or equivalent in a discipline related to local government regulation e.g. Environmental Health desirable. Data Quality Officer

Job Overview:

As a Credit Control Analyst, you will be part of the Credit Control department, playing a key role in supporting the business through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, particularly in a SAP ECC or SAP S4 HANA environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that systems and processes meet business requirements by running test cases, logging defects using DevOps, and collaborating with developers to troubleshoot and retest issues. Key Responsibilities:
