We're looking for a compliance solicitor to join us at Co-op Legal Services (CLS).

In this role, we'll look to you to be our technical specialist in regulatory compliance, providing compliance oversight and strategic support to the business for all legal and regulatory requirements. You'll work collaboratively with the compliance manager on providing expertise relating to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) code of conduct, operational governance, regulatory compliance framework, data protection, anti-money laundering, complaint handling, professional indemnity insurance and negligence claims. What you'll do:

To be involved in ensuring all equipment is validated and functioning correctly. To be involved in ensuring all plant and equipment planned preventative and corrective maintenance is carried out. Provide line management responsibilities for the Freedom of Information lead ensuring that all aspects of performance, attendance, training and appraisal are addressed in accordance with Trust Policy. Expected to Deputise for the IG Lead as necessary, on matters within scope of expertise. Plan and progress work to ensure that IG policies and procedures are embedded in the programmes, divisions across the organisation. Reporting assurances/gaps on outcomes of best practice and standards set out in policy and procedures to Divisional leads and Caldicott panel. Plan and deliver training to Trust staff at all levels, through a variety of formats designed to meet the specific needs of the organisation with reference to GDPR and FOI. Collaborate with key Stake Holders (internal and external to the Trust) on Supply Chain Risks. Skills/ experience we'd need to see

• Accomplished Test Automation Engineer helping to develop a robust and future-facing Automation & Frameworks.

• Highly experienced in creating test frameworks to aid the testing of complex code to deliver products that are fit for purpose and meet the quality standards that our customers expect, based on deep domain and technical expertise.

• Ability to analyse and evaluate the feasibility/relevance of proposals for complex products/services, then develop and amend them as necessary (with guidance from senior colleagues). You might also understand how to supervise activities performed by a product development/specialist team.

• Be highly competent in one of the following languages: Javascript, Typescript or equivalent.

• Basic understanding of PEGA Architecture and supporting infrastructure

• Clear Communication - both written and verbal, familiar with communicating with business partners.

• Great teammate with good collaboration skills, with a willingness to improve your knowledge and experience.

• Growth Mindset - keen desire to lean and develop further

We'd be delighted if you also have:

• Knowledge of PEGA applications frameworks like Customer Service Framework, CLM (Customer Lifecycle Manager)

• Have a deep understanding of Frameworks and at least one automation framework, such as Playwright (preferred), Cypress, Selenium.

• Containerisation experience e.g docker.

• CI/CD experience e.g Jenkins.

• Knowledge on other programming languages.

• Agile experience

• Experience of JIRA/Confluence

• Comfortable participating in workshops

Information Assurance Security Manager / Rochdale / Hybrid / 60k - 70k

Support the company in delivering information security and data protection services to company and our customers.

Specific duties

• Assessing, approving, and advising on all information assurance and security matters for Agilisys and our clients.

• Implementing, maintaining, and providing subject matter expertise on information security management processes to ISO 27001.

• Implementing, maintaining, and providing subject matter expertise on multiple security standards, frameworks, and certifications applicable to the UK public sector.

• Performing risk management activities.

• Supporting security incident response for Agilisys and our clients.

• Working with project and programme teams to identify solutions to security challenges.
