Here at Serco, we are looking for a Quality Administrator Apprentice to support the Learning and Development team in the administration to support the evaluation and enhancement of our learning programmes ensuring the highest of quality in content, delivery, and learner experience. Working in the Quality Team you will develop understanding of tools and techniques used to monitor quality of delivery to identify trends which may be misaligned to occupational standards and/or awarding organisation guidance.
You will learn hands on experience in Quality Assurance processes to support continuous improvement in a dynamic learning environment.
As part of this you’ll:
- Quality Assurance
- Assist in the review of training delivery methods.
- Support to ensure that learning programmes meet with regulatory, industry and or organisational standards and assist in audits or sampling when necessary.
- Assist the generation and analysis of customer feedback to understand challenges and areas for improvement, and ensuring alignment with quality standards and best practice, contributing to a positive learning experience.
- Data Collation / Analysis
- Support in gathering, analysing and reporting on performance metrics including learner feedback, outcomes of quality samples and Qualification Achievement Rates.
- Maintain quality assurance records, processes and / or reports, ensuring accuracy of changes / updates.
- Maintain a skills matrix for the team, collating evidence to support current occupational competency and ensure they meet audit and compliance requirements and demonstrate the expected behaviours of Serco.
- Stakeholder engagement
- Support relationships with Awarding Organisations, Partner Providers, Line Managers, Learning Specialists, and Development Coaches to ensure that quality standards are maintained.
What you’ll need to do the role:
- Numerate and literate, with GCSE`s in Maths and English grade 4 / A-C or equivalent.
- Good knowledge and use of IT (MS Office).
- Understanding of data collection and basic analysis.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- The ability to use own initiative, work independently and demonstrate a flexible approach to work.
- Ability to reflect on and evaluate own work.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback.
