Healthcare Quality Analyst
Key Role:
Support projects across the health quality and measurement enterprise, including health quality measure strategy and policy, measure maintenance and evaluation, and quality program implementation and management. Support proposal development and other marketing efforts as the Firm continues to build its quality measurement business across Federal agencies. Apply healthcare discipline expertise to address provider strategic and operational priorities in the pursuit of healthcare delivery transformation. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years of Experience with state and federal healthcare initiatives and policies
- Experience working with electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) data to support quality measurement analyses
- Experience in consulting or client delivery
- Experience with health care delivery and organization and the challenges to high-quality health care delivery
- Knowledge of care delivery models, including patient-centered medical homes, organization structures, accountable care organizations, or integrated delivery models that influence the delivery of high-quality care such as care transitions, patient compliance, and enablers, including health IT
- Knowledge of the QRDA III data format and the ongoing transition to digital quality measures (dQM)
- Knowledge of the Quality Payment Program
- Ability to design research approaches, conduct research, synthesize information, and present findings and recommendations
- Ability to assist with business development and proposal writing
- Bachelor's Degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with consulting or client delivery
- Ability to analyze and convey complex topics and recommendations succinctly via written briefings, papers, and oral communications
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Ability to manage tasks and projects, organize tasks logically, and manage others to accomplish tasks
- Ability to work individually and in collaboration with others
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
