RESPONSIBILITIES
NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health) is a social enterprise that provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and affordable health and eldercare services to meet the growing needs of families and their dependents. We want to make a difference in our community by continuously exploring and expanding our services. We are recruiting dynamic and capable individuals for our Active Ageing Centres.
This role will perform data quality analysis, raise awareness and to establish and maintain standards, operational procedures and documentations. It is also required to conduct compliance checks to review and analyse the operation processes to ensure that the implemented controls and their outputs meet the requirements. Additionally, the Senior Associate is expected to visit the different AACs under NTUC Health for the adoption of the standards, data quality analysis and compliance review.
Job responsibilities:
- Systematically collect, process and perform analyses on large data sets to support decision-making in AAC operations and in meeting requirements.
- Use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyse data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress, insights and findings from the data to stakeholders, which can influence policy and decision-making processes;
- Collaboration working with other departments to drive and/or support the digital transformation journey.
- Design methodology for the review of compliance to AAC Operations Standard
- Conduct compliance checks through interviews, observations and reviews of documentation, to ensure quality management measures are in place, effective and sustainable
- Organize and conduct quality-related internal audits and coordinate external audits on AACs
- Develop roll-out implementation plans and materials
- Raise awareness on quality through various channels such as, but not limited, to organizing Quality Day events, issuance of quality newsletters or staff training
- Work with Centres'-In-Charge to understand ground issues and concerns, identify areas of improvements and develop improvement plans
- Compile, analyze data and findings and provide recommendations
- Establish operational procedures to improve consistency and efficiency in day-to-day processes
- May require to perform additional duties as requested
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in a relevant discipline
- Have a background in quality management, data analysis and / or service excellence programmes.
- Competency in data quality analysis
General qualifications
- Keen interest in quality management in eldercare sector
- Good written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Advantageous traits
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Has an interest/passion for working with seniors, partners and new people groups
