Serves as a senior Bank Regulatory compliance risk officer for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) responsible for establishing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of banking law, rule, or regulation and design and deliver a risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm's risk appetite and protect the franchise. Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for overseeing Quality Control labs in a designated region and ensures that they meet all the LATICRETE quality criteria.  This individual collaborate with the QC Manager, execute efficient Quality Control Activities and contribute to continuous improvement  initiatives that result in improved processes for manufacturing , implements and supports programs to ensure the Quality Control Teams execute efficient, reliable and repeatable Quality Control activities.   The Regional Supervisor, Quality Control ensures all products manufactured meet or exceed quality standards as well as all safety, environmental and ISO requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary. 

QC Lab and Process Management (35%):

• Ensure adherence to that (G)ood (L)aboratory (P)ractices (GLP) across plants, implementing 6S methods for laboratory organization, and ensures that QC personnel across plants are effectively trained.
• Develop and conduct process improvement assessments on assigned locations by proactively analyzing challenges in the Quality Control environment: process, lab layout, interactions with the other departments, training efficacy, test frequency, workload, etc., to keep the lab at its best efficiency level.
• Collaborate on updating and improving QC Lab work instructions, procedures, and calibration of QC instrumentation referenced in the LATICRETE Quality Control Manual. 
• Perform QC tests as a working Supervisor at the local QC lab when required.

 Data Analysis/Technical Management (25%): 

• Work with the QC Manager to ensure that manufacturing and raw material specifications  are current and enforced.
• .
• Collaborate with QC Manager, Process Chemist, and Process Engineering team to troubleshoot quality of the product related problems.

Department and People Management (40%):

• Lead by example as hands-on supervisor at home-based QC lab and provide on-site support as required.
• Perform duties of a working Regional Supervisor at homebased QC lab, travel to provide QC support as needed.
• Develop strong relationships with  multiple Plant Leadership Team, QA Team, and R&D personnel.  
• Lead and Execute the training programs of department employees to ensure that the competence level for the team members meet the expectations for their job positions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Job Description:

This role will align within the Service, Markets, and Banking (SMB) Operations and Technology organizations.  The SMB Oversight, Analysis & Program Management team forms part of the SMB Operations organization, supporting multiple programs and projects that are executed on an annual basis driving Citi’s Mission to Be the Best for Our Clients.  SMB Cross Border Data Clearance rolls up into the SMB Oversight Analysis & Program Management function and oversees various controls governing data transfer across both the Operations and the Technology organizations.  This team ensures alignment with the necessary regulations governing confidentiality, protection, and transfer of data.  This role offers the opportunity to liaise with leaders across SMB Operations and Technology to lead risk management and controls implementation efforts, process improvements, and to contribute to organizational strategy.  The role requires experience in risk management or controls oversight, preferably within an operations organization.  Knowledge of industry-standards on data transfer principles and experience supporting a data transfer program are also preferred.  Because of the wide purview of the team, this position provides a platform for continued development and visibility across a global organization as well as exposure to management and other functions.

Qualifications:

Experience in Operational Risk or related functions is a must.  Other risk and control disciplines would be a plus.

• Applies correct cycle count and other standard operations procedures.
• Analyzes product usage and adjusts inventory levels as appropriate to optimize inventory levels at the entity.
• Anticipates supply needs and communicates potential interruptions to Manager/Supervisor and customers.
• Monitors all additions, deletions, and changes to main stores and to unit PAR locations and works closely with departments prior to and during product conversions.
• Evaluates and analyzes bulk buy discount opportunities in order to procure product at a discounted rate, when deemed financially appropriate upon completion of a thorough analysis
• Maintains current Materials Management Information System supplies database in conjunction with System Supply Chain Management database management teams.
• Functions as Information Services Liaison for training users in current electronic requisition system.
• Maintains and monitors distribution statistics.  Creates and submits monthly reports and others, as requested.
• Independently makes decisions and takes action regarding supply shortages, keeping management informed, and/or makes recommendations based upon analysis of information.
• Performs causative research and reconciliation prior to preparing reports.
• Assists in all patient supply product evaluations.
• Assists in development of departmental policies and procedures, in coordination with Supervisors and Managers.

• Primary focus on client account development, sales, and delivery of the full spectrum of ERM’s consulting services to deliver strategic value to our clients in the chemical and power sectors.  In particular, play a key role in growing ERM’s Air Quality business across its broad portfolio of service offerings:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS/MS in engineering or related discipline; PE preferred.
• 15+ years’ progressive air quality experience in a consulting environment, working substantially with industrial clients on Title V, PSD, NSR, BACT, MACT, GHG projects.
• Business acumen to understand business risk and challenges, and recognize corporate opportunities.
• Demonstrable track record in delivering multimillion dollar sales results annually, including successfully winning large and strategic projects.

This position is accountable for coordinating quality functions within the Sterile Processing department. The role includes anticipating, assessing, planning, and implementing strategies that optimizes the quality, accuracy and completeness of instrument trays prior to use and placing in service. Accountable for ensuring daily quality checks are performed primarily sets.  Report findings, trends, and patterns in a meaningful way to Sterile Processing department (SPD) leadership.

• Ensures that the standards of operation of the Sterile Processing department comply with the standards set by regulatory agencies, such as the State Department of Health, TJC, IAHCSMM, AAMI, and AORN.
• Develops and implements departmental performance improvement activities and assures ongoing staff participation.
• Maintains continued process improvement in the field of Central Sterile Processing operations and equipment through education, literature and seminars.

• Sets the tone for quality processes and services to deliver safe product to hospital customers.
• Conducts internal audits of processes, systems and procedures.
• Conducts quality assurance checks as identified by department leadership.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to identify effective corrective and preventive actions to improve Lean process quality.
• Conducts root cause analyses for areas of responsibility at the facility during all phases of the SPD processes.
• Reports quality data to management and/or assigned committees
• Ensures that staff performs routine tasks in a timely manner according to established Standard Operating Procedures through direct observation and review.
• Provides assistance in the department to ensure set quality, accuracy, completion, etc. as needed in Sterile Processing.

As a Quality Control Manager, you will ensure the project is built within contract document specifications, owner requirements, and comply with local, state, and federal building codes. You will coordinate with other trades, process daily reports of project progress and adhere to all guidelines issued by the owner.
