Are you ready to lead a dynamic team that will play a pivotal role in transforming risk management at the Reserve Bank of Australia?
We are seeking a visionary Deputy Head ? Business Oversight, Risk & Compliance , to join us in a strategic Line 2 role, overseeing the management of material risks in business areas across the Reserve Bank of Australia.
Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), this newly created role is designed to enhance our management of material risks, strengthen risk culture, and ensure we stay ahead in an ever-evolving risk landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of senior Line 2 risk class specialists, including experts in technology, cyber, financial, model, resilience, and people risks, to drive consistency in risk management across the RBA.
