Job Responsibilities
- Hourly Checks: Inspect products with microscope every hour to make sure they are good quality.
- Measure Parts: Measure and record sizes of molded items
- Record Results: Write down inspection results and enter data into records
- Accept or Reject Items: Decide if finished items meet quality standards.
- Report Issues: Create reports for defected products that need to be fixed or thrown away.
- Report Problems: Tell the Quality Engineer/Manager about any quality issues.
- Maintain Tools: Make sure measuring tools are working and properly calibrated
· Follow Safety Rules: Keep a safe work environment by following safety rules and regulations.
- Other Tasks: Do any other tasks given by managers or supervisors.
Job Requirements
- No Experience Needed. Training will be provided
- SPM or Equivalent
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Need to have good eye-sight (Job require to use microscope daily)
