More detail about the role The post holder will work at an advanced level in the Pathology Department, collaborating with pathology staff and quality management teams. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to all staff within the specialty, assisting clinical teams in maintaining efficient and accurate pathology services. This will include managing the Q-Pulse application, overseeing temperature monitoring systems, and assisting with equipment calibration and accreditation processes. The post holder will also undertake the role of quality coordinator, liaising with different pathology disciplines and discussing quality-related matters. There will be a requirement to provide basic training to staff on quality management systems and procedures as appropriate to the job role.
