Job Description:

The Associate Director of Gift Compliance (“the AD”) contributes to Brown’s Advancement efforts by enabling and guiding fundraising staff through the process of developing, processing, and finalizing donor gift documentation. As a subject matter expert and service provider, the AD prioritizes instruction and efficient service for both staff and donors. Knowledge and application of federal laws, state regulations, and University policies is essential and the AD seeks to reflect these appropriately in written gift documentation. Interacting with Divisional and University leadership to put forward key fundraising milestones for Corporation approval is a recurring and vital part of the AD’s role. They also manage the team responsible for gift documentation services and in that capacity provide regular, routine training opportunities to promote broad knowledge and understanding amongst fundraising staff. In support of these efforts, the AD leverages their technical knowledge, data skills, and cross-team collaboration to continuously drive systematic process improvements resulting in an operation that is modern, efficient, and regarded as an organizational strength.

Position Overview

You will report directly to the Senior Director, License Compliance in a hybrid position. You will lead a team in License Compliance Sales to develop strategies to ensure the revenue generation of Autodesk's License Compliance software program. You will research and identify customers out of compliance. You will promote and initiate our creative program strategies, collaborate, ensure and influence channel support of the programs. • You will lead the way in working collaboratively with our Territory sales teams on account planning activities to ensure the best customer experiences

Position Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales professional to join a high-performing team focused on the Autodesk License Compliance business. To be successful in this role we need people with a sales or license compliance experience.

Individuals who succeed in having challenging customer conversations and have the zest to develop new business opportunities would be a fit for this role.

You will report to License Compliance Manager, based in Barcelona.

We support hybrid working schedule.

Responsibilities

• You will use Autodesk License Compliance analytics tools and databases to search for and investigate License Compliance prospects (customers of varying sizes, ranging from small to large)
• You will Initiate audit requests with Autodesk customers and lead customers through the audit process. License Compliance Sales Executives present audit findings to customers and negotiate acceptable settlement purchases and time frames for purchase execution
• You will engage customers at the CXO level to gain their cooperation and participation in a compliance audit process
• You will develop negotiation plans using Situational Negotiation Skills and templates
• You will direct 3rd party audit firms, work in Autodesk accounts maximizing results and minimizing time spent and audit firm billable hours
• You will mitigate complex pushback by customers regarding participation in audit process and refuting of audit results
• Build relationship across multiple teams at Autodesk (Territory, Industry, Major Account Sales, Technical Specialists, Channel Management, and Legal) to ensure collaboration on License Compliance engagements
• Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, activities and results; update field sales on results and generates visibility on call activity and lead tracking for sales and marketing effectiveness reports
• Assist Value Added Resellers in providing customer quotes to satisfy compliance purchases, proposals, order forms and product information
• Responsible for cross-selling or up-selling as is appropriate
• Maintain basic knowledge of Autodesk products, competition and industry trends along with understanding project delivery methods

• You have at least 2 years of sales experience or License compliance experience
• Fluent English with any additional Scandinavian or Baltic language
• Experience collaborating with virtual team members
• Experience and comfort with communicating and negotiating at executive level

Position overview

Reporting to the Director, Business Operations, Sales, your primary responsibility as as Business Operations Manager is to collaborate with the Global License Compliance leader and regional leadership team to develop and implement programs that help achieve Global License Compliance objectives. You will also work with other Business Operations Managers for different customer segments to ensure consistency.

You will focus on safeguarding Autodesk's Intellectual Property. Global License Compliance identifies noncompliant customers and non-paying users, converting them into subscribers and driving sustainable growth while fostering long-term customer relationships. As a critical go-to-market partner, you will employ the expertise of the Global License Compliance team in compliance, data, and analytics to refine requirements and translate them into functional needs such as policies, programs, and procedures that inform our technical and enablement teams. You will have a deep passion for optimizing go-to-market motions that deliver excellent customer experiences and understand the value of enterprise architecture and aligning organizational investments. This is a hybrid role, both office and remote based.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of work experience with preference in Sales Support/License Compliance with exposure to consulting or project management in an entrepreneurial environment
• 3+ years years having worked in a SaaS environment; understanding of SaaS metrics, familiarity with SaaS technologies, and understanding of SaaS sales and marketing dynamics
• Demonstrable ability to present at all levels
• Demonstrable track record of influencing and rallying diverse team members using both qualitative and quantitative insights
• Demonstrable ability to dive into details for execution while contextualizing recommendations/initiatives within the broader company strategy
• Demonstrable ability to prioritize work and coordinate support across multiple functions to achieve project objectives
• Experience in implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams.

Job Description

Internal Audit Coordination and Support (90%)

• Gather data and information required for the planning of each audit assignment.
• Perform audit work in accordance with (but not limited to) the audit program within the timeline and budget assigned.
• Carry out preliminary planning, establish direction for audits and perform risk-based audits, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of systems of internal controls of the Group businesses,
• Design and regularly review internal audit plans and programmes, ensuring the audits address relevant areas of identified risks.
• Agree and monitor all audit action plans with internal stakeholders to implement all audit recommendations.
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and provide progress report to Management.
• Possessing useful professional experience in IT general controls and data analytics to complement internal controls and risk experience would be an added advantage.
• Provide advice and training (where necessary) to THKMC staff on internal control procedures.
• Undertake ad-hoc or special reviews which include investigations.

General (10%)

• Perform any adhoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Good degree in Accounting with minimum 4 years of audit/risk management experiences in Big 4 accounting firms and/or internal audit of MNCs.
• Exposure to risk management, IT audits, data analytics would be an added advantage.
• Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Good knowledge of PDPA, Workplace Safety & Health legislation and other relevant regulations relating to Compliance would be a bonus.
• Meticulous, analytical with strong logical thinking skills.

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

Effective implementation of AML and Economic Sanctions compliance program

• To implement AML and Economic Sanctions Guidelines and programs, including but not limited to embedding compliance requirement in day-to-day operations of business.
• To develop and implement a risk-based assurance and monitoring program to ensure the compliance of the respective AML requirement.
• To implement the group-wide monitoring system on AML and Economic Sanctions in accordance with Group Compliance direction.
• To enhance compliance monitoring programs and investigation in relation AML requirements.
• To work with respective business collaborators effectively implementing AML source of wealth assessment.
• Training and communication of compliance policies and procedures.
• Support and coordinate with regulators on their regulatory inspection visits on AML Compliance.
• Effective compliance program assessment per agreed metrics by Group Compliance.
• Initiate proactive gap analyses and gap closure projects under AML and Economic Sanctions Programs.
• Maintain consistent local compliance policies and procedures which are aligned with Group Compliance policies and guidelines.
• Implement a risk based local assurance and monitoring programme which is expressly designed to assess compliance with AIA Group as well as local regulatory standards.
• To facilitate and support the development of AML and Economic Sanctions establishment under Target Operating Model.

• To be appointed as Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer for the company and conduct all vital duties as required.

Build a robust and well controlled AML system to ensure it performs as expected

• To embed AML System alerts and controls into Compliance and first lines daily operational process.
• Ongoing review the performance of AML System to align with the latest business and system development. Ensure key system functionality on AML system are continuously improved and any identified deficiency are timely resolved.

Effective implementation of compliance policies and related procedures to address key compliance risks of Anti-Corruption

• Liaise with respective affected departments to implement action plan to remediate the gap identified. To supervise the implementation status of remediation action plans to ensure risks are adequately addressed.
• To implement compliance program in accordance of the agreed compliance plan.
• Effective management of compliance incidents including performing investigation, reporting and escalation and the monitoring of the implementation of remedial actions.
• Training and communication of compliance policies and procedures.
• Effective compliance program assessment per agreed metrics by Group Compliance. Quality and clarity of issues and risk reporting.
• Maintain consistent local compliance policies and procedures which are aligned with Group Compliance policies and guidelines.
• Implement a risk based local assurance and monitoring programme which is expressly designed to assess compliance with AIA Group as well as local regulatory standards.

Engagement with Business Units collaborators to ensure compliance risk is embedded into business decision

• Coordinate AML Committee (including first line and second line people) with regular meeting as an engagement platform to discuss various tasks and improvements in company AML program.
• Enhance engagement with business units to provide advice and solutions to lead compliance and regulatory risks in areas acting as SME in order to support quality business growth. Maintains relationships with a network of diverse contacts.
• Raises awareness of the business units concerning the three-line of defense risk management model.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Law or Business or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years proven working experience in the financial services industry focused on compliance, risk management, legal and/ or internal controls.
• Professional qualification in life insurance, Compliance, Internal Audit, IT Audit or related disciplines is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the Insurance business is preferred.
• Have hands-on experience to data analytics and data extraction tools.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and self-motivated.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Independent and be able to work under pressure.
• Be organized, meticulous with good problem solving skills.

What would be a day @ ABCC look like:-

● Conduct comprehensive and meticulous KYC Maker reviews in accordance with the Know Your Customer Investigation Procedure

● Support in the end-to-end onboarding of all customer categories, from their request to open an account, through KYC, until they are verified, approved and receive access to the platform

● Analyse, source and verify the accuracy, completeness and sensibility of information across the Onboarding spectrum, identifying, and rectifying any discrepancies

● Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Compliance team to provide feedback on identified issues and assist in resolving complex KYC cases

● Ensure all existing customers are monitored and up to date with the latest Compliance, AML & Due Diligence policy requirements, and remediate accounts when needed

● Perform periodic enhanced due diligence and investigation on all high risk customer categories and reporting, including Politically Exposed Persons, and obtaining all necessary documentation to remediate and complete the customer file.

● Escalate and report potential risks or concerns discovered during the review process as part of the day-to-day/weekly Risk Committee operations to the Compliance Director and relevant stakeholders

● Responsible for the maintenance and update of Internal KYC Watchlists and Sanctions Screening lists

● Support in the design and conducting of KYC specific training programs to enhance awareness and adherence to compliance policies and regulations

● Maintain accurate and organized records of KYC review outcomes and produce regular MIS reports for Compliance Director and Senior Leadership

Preferred Qualities:-

● Experience thriving in startup or VUCA environments, showcasing hands-on, sense of ownership, resilience and adaptability in high-growth and fast-paced settings of which will be an advantage

● Keen sense of Learning and just being a passionate KYC SME

- Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a financial institution

- Prior work experience in Cryptocurrency, blockchain, and related domains would be advantageous

The Compliance Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Risk Management Senior Officer is a senior level position responsible for establishing internal procedures to prevent money laundering and assist in all matters concerning financial crimes in coordination with the broader AML team. The overall objective is to utilize established disciplinary knowledge to identify inconsistencies in data or result and formulate strategic recommendations on policies, procedures, and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and implement firm-wide AML risk management policy and strategic direction
• Maintain AML compliance program for the business including assessment of risks and the development of policies, procedures, and governance
• Identify and assess risk, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for efficient and effective risk coverage
• Work within team and across business/functional line management to assess complex issues, structure potential solutions, and drive effective resolution within permissible statutory and regulatory frameworks
• Analyze data, prepare and present regional/global reports related to AML risk assessments
• Monitor AML related issues and escalations with senior management and global partners
• Evaluate and respond to escalated matters, further escalate as required, and advise senior management on next steps as needed
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
