Services Supply Chain (SSC) is the “engine” to deliver Spare Parts, Repair and Refurbishment solutions, globally.
In this role, you will be part of the Global Services Delivery Solutions & Sustainability SSC. Our mission is to be a key enabler for WS profitability and growth by (1) driving Operational Excellence globally and (2) design, develop and implement new Sustainable Services, Solutions and Capabilities within our leading global supply chain.
As the RENEW Delivery Assurance Manager, you will be accountable of the overall RENEW Supply Chain Operational Excellence for the designed Theater (AMS, EMEA or APJ), which includes both Financials and Delivery Performance.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
- Accountable for the Financial and Operational performance of the Business Segments in the Theatre.
- Analyses and identifies root causes of performance deviations.
- Ensures alignment on plans and insights across the organization.
- Build a control and monitoring environment to track business performance.
- Make decisions on strategic choice points to improve performance.
- Drive change and orchestrate Theatre operational resources to execute strategies and plans.
- Escalate risks and issues at the appropriate management level.
- Put in place a governance to ensure alignment in the execution of plans and improvement actions.
- Build and gain alignment with key stakeholders on POR to improve business performance.
- Single focal point for WDS Theatre Lead for any SSC related topic, both operationally and strategically.
- Understand the customer needs to ensure the SSC is delivering value to the customer.
- Leads strategic initiatives and coordinates deployment plans with members of other teams.
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
- Typically, 10-15 years’ experience.
- MBA, PMP/PMI, L6S will be a plus.
- Solid experience in Services Supply Chain and Operations.
