Your Responsibilities:
Log, action, and record property compliance data to meet statutory and regulatory health and safety requirements.Collaborate with contractors to maintain excellent customer service standards and monitor their duties.Oversee compliance performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting.Work closely with Housing Services and Development teams to ensure standards are met (e.g., legionella, cleaning, asbestos).
