Overview of the Role
You will provide a professional administrative service supporting the data cleansing activities of the CPS Programme for the Purchasing work stream. Working with colleagues and suppliers, you will ensure that the master data is accurate, complete and consistent to enable a seamless migration to a new ERP solution. You will have a proactive approach to problem solving, helping to resolve purchasing and invoice queries and will work with the SAP purchasing system (P2P) and other in-house procurement systems entering information and generating reports. * Resolving blocked invoice queries using SAP MRBR and ZMIR5 reporting

* Supporting the closure of completed purchase orders and identifying any
remediation required to maintain the GR/IR account

Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
