1. Establish cost control process throughout the whole fulfillment process and define long-term and short-term cost optimization plan.
2. Monitor actual expenses, conduct multi-dimensional analysis of the reason of significant changes and make rolling forecast of fulfillment cost
3. Work out solution with related parties to solve the data, operation, process and other problems found during verification
4. Control and verify month fulfillment cost payment (warehouse, transport and claim, etc.)
5. Review the bidding price for warehouse Service Providers, including but not limit to logistics mode, cost breakdown etc.;
6. Support Supply Chain Planning on concept assessment and help management make important decisions based on costs and benefits
8. Conduct periodic checks of financial documents and assist in the preparation of the annual budget
9. Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend measures to reduce expenses
10. Perform cost-benefit analyses on prospective projects and provide recommendations on their financial feasibility
11. Prepare and present financial reports to management to aid decision-making processes
