Our client, a leading business experiencing significant growth in Australia, specialises in Share Broking, Advisory, and Fintech Investment platforms. We are currently seeking a Sales, Service & Compliance Manager to ensure high standards of sales effectiveness, service quality, and compliance across the organisation.
You will:
Provide in-depth coaching and training for sales and service teams to enhance performance, including live monitoring and real-time feedback.
Review and audit sales processes for compliance with regulations, offering performance feedback.
Manage and implement AFSL compliance requirements, developing policies to meet monitoring and supervision obligations.
Lead compliance reviews, risk assessments, and change management initiatives in response to regulatory changes.
Design and deliver tailored compliance and product training programs to ensure team members are informed and compliant.
Identify performance trends and implement corrective actions to improve service quality and compliance.
Facilitate the transition of new hires from training to operational roles, ensuring smooth onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales scripts, workflows, and training materials for optimal customer interactions.
Organise sales incentive programs to drive peak performance.
Stay updated on products, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring compliance within the contact centre and broader operations.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, to uphold compliance standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement in training and operational practices for enhanced efficiency.
We are looking for:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a call centre or financial services environment, with a strong focus on sales enablement, training, quality, and compliance.
Tertiary education in Law, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business preferred; RG146 accreditation is beneficial.
Proven experience in managing compliance within financial services, with a solid understanding of AFSL Compliance Management for both retail and wholesale clients.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to provide impactful coaching and feedback.
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with quality monitoring data management systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
