The Family Care Division is looking to recruit a member of staff to join the Divisional Quality Governance Team. This is an opportunity for someone with an interest and experience in quality governance and risk management. Applicants should have a clinical background, professional registration or equivalent, and demonstrate excellent communication and inter-personal relationship skills. Applicants must have experience of using an incidnet reporting system for the management of incidents, practical experience and knowledge of incident investigations and an understanding of the Trust’s complaints and incidnet management processes. The post holder will contribute to the effective and efficient organisation and co-ordination of quality governance requirements for Child Health and CAMHS , providing support and guidance when required. What you’ll be doing

As the IT Cybersecurity Leader for Nuclear Operations, you will develop and maintain cybersecurity standards, contribute to crisis management and strategy, and establish metrics and reporting capabilities. Who you are

You should have familiarity with key business applications, information management in Nuclear Operations, and a range of security technologies (Azure identity management, Windows security controls, firewall technologies). Expertise in security hardening, testing, vulnerability management, and standards like ISO27001, NIST, CAF, Cyber Essentials.
Proficient in cyber security risk management and governance in line with laws and regulations (including SNI and export control). Effective line and people management skills, ability to motivate and lead teams, and develop talent.

To establish, develop and monitor the quality systems applicable to the pharmacy service with a particular focus on those relating to Manufacturing, Wholesale Dealing, Dispensary and other registered activity To review and approve quality documentation and systems including change management, GMP / GDP deviations, recalls, complaints, product defects etc. To undertake and support the preparation of SOP To ensure satisfactory maintenance and monitoring of the aseptic manufacturing unit and equipment To lead and co-ordinate internal quality audits (Production Unit and Stores and distribution) and external audits as required To ensure that appropriate validations are carried out including production and QC processes and that the resultant reports are written and distributed To approve written, or amended master worksheets, which relate to or might impinge upon licensable activities To set up technical agreements for outsourced service e.g. domestic services in compliance with GMP and QAAPS standards Responsible for organising regular QA/Production, QA/WDA and QA/Dispensary meetings to maintain Quality Assurance within the pharmacy and to monitor progress against internal and external inspections To be responsible for the internal procedures and policies relating to the release and rejection of materials by the Releasing Officers As a releasing officer, responsible for the approval or rejection of raw materials, intermediates, hospital manufactured, commercial products and packaging materials and to keep appropriate records, including maintaining electronic records. To be responsible for the approval or rejection of purchased unlicensed pharmaceuticals and for writing assessments for approval of suppliers. To evaluate Pharmacy manufacturing batch records, alongside Quality Control reports, prior to release or rejection of a batch To be responsible for the review and reporting of all microbiological testing results provided by Quality Control including consultations and discussions of action plans with the Production Manager if results are outside of recommended guidelines To embed quality risk management principles in all processes and documentation. Mechanical Project Supervisor - Legionella

Purpose of the RoleThe Mechanical Project Supervisor will manage building and maintenance projects, providing technical specialist advice in Mechanical Building Services Engineering. The role ensures that all work is carried out efficiently, meeting performance specifications and quality standards, with a particular focus on water hygiene and legionella compliance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Technical Specialist:

• Provide expert advice in Building Services Engineering (mechanical).
• Oversee compliance, servicing, and projects involving heating, hot water generation, hot and cold-water services, air conditioning services, and commercial kitchens.
• Manage quarterly water hygiene control tasks and ensure compliance with water hygiene and legionella regulations.

Project Management:

• Oversee mechanical engineering services and construction project delivery.
• Prepare reports, estimates, specifications, drawings, and work schedules for quotations or tendering.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the required specification, quality, and budget.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all property and construction work complies with relevant statutory legislation, codes of practice, and professional guidance documents.
• Conduct regular quality audits and address any areas where quality does not meet specified standards.
• Ensure compliance with the most recent CDM regulations, assuming the Principal Designer Role as required.

Communication and Coordination:

• Ensure effective communication and coordination between all disciplines, parties, and teams involved in projects.
• Represent the Service Manager at meetings and discussions as required.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Ideally, a HNC or equivalent level qualification in Mechanical Plumbing and Heating or Mechanical Building Services.
• Extensive experience in building services maintenance, ideally a track record of overseeing compliance, servicing, and projects involving heating, hot water generation, hot and cold water services, air conditioning services, and commercial kitchens.
• Experience of managing quarterly water hygiene control tasks and ensuring compliance with water hygiene and legionella regulations.
• Experience of managing and ensuring building compliance according to regulations and good practice.
• Sound knowledge of IT software applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to monitor progress and meet performance targets.
